Was driving home after an oil change when I heard something dragging under my car. Pulled over & immediately called Valvoline. They sent someone to have a look. The tech hadn't secured my skid plate. He literally hadn't put any of the screws back in. You could tell this was a huge issue as the 2 people who came to check looked super freaked out. One of them went back to the shop to get 2 screws to temporarily hold it together till the next day. When I brought it in, the tech told me all my screws were rusted & a few were snapped off & stuck inside. He said I either keep the skid plate on & risk it coming apart & dragging again or have them remove it. Obvious choice. He also said the skid plate is only for aerodynamics & nothing else.That's not what I'm hearing from friends & relatives. Funny thing is, he said the screws had to have been like that for years, yet they did my oil change last year & no one mentioned any screws being rusty or anything. So, they either failed to clue me in & just let me drive my car like that, or they lied about the situation to save their own butts. Needless to say, I'll pay the extra money & have my oil changed at an auto body shop or the dealer next time.

Just had an oil change at Valvoline. Great service, Sierra, the customer service rep. explained everything to me. I asked about a online coupon and she found one for me. Sierra, you are the best.The team there had me in and out In about 10 minutes. Amazing! I will be back.Service: Oil change

I've used Valvoline for years. I'm on the road a lot and it's nice with so many locations. Today was my first time at Hibbing. I've never had a bad experience but my service today was outstanding. Josh took care of me and went the extra mile to make certain everything was done right. I had an oil change, tire rotation and radiator flush and fill. Great price. Great service! Thanks Josh! I'll come back to you for my transmission maintenance.

Unreasonable pricing. Total was $124 for an oil change on a Chevrolet Tahoe. Dealership charges $65. Had to be done in a very limited time frame or would have never stopped here. Lesson learned I will not be returning for any services. Employees were polite and efficient.

Prompt, professional, and courteous service! No attempt to sell anything not needed and topped off any low fluids. The people working here do a great job taking care of their customers and their customers vehicles!

Just had my VW oil changed with Amsoil. The crew was on point. Checked all my fluids topped off my windshield fluid.I trust Sr tech Julia & Josh with my car anytime...Great job guys....

Nice quick oil change for the car. They offer different levels of oil, top of most fluids, perform a blinker and wiper check. Always a good idea if your going to go on a trip.

Love going to have my oil changed here. They listen to what your needs are. They fixed everything I needed done. From oil change to new headlight and also new wipers. All fixed in 20 mins. Can't beat that nor the price.

Amazing customer service and incredibly knowledgeable and KIND people! I have never felt like I m being taken advantage of (as a woman who is typically stereotyped as not knowing anything about cars) or felt like I am being overcharged or scammed in any way. I go out if my way for this particular store. They didn't have my filter in stock so they went and got one after asking me if I minded waiting 5 minutes. I've used valvoline service for years. The team is always polite, friendly, efficient. Great job!

Great service every time. The guys recognize me and my vehicle and know the services I normally need. Conveniently send me a receipt and service record to my email, so I have to cram my glove box full. Would definitely recommend this business.

Julia and James were awesome. Always great service when I come here and can always usually find a coupon online too. They went above and beyond today when I had a broken hood latch that I didn t know about and kept trying to get it to open without complaint. I do car stuff routinely but due to certain my location I needed an oil change done here. Now they only filled my oil half way and then tried to charge me for a $22 air filter (which was $5 off) and for those who dont know you can buy a new one yourself for $8. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Know what you need not what they tell you.

Always got great service there and they even top off between oil changes.High Mileage oil and frequent service has helped both of my trucks to last well past 200,000 miles.
