My car ended up having a lot more wrong with it than I thought. They couldn't do my alignment the day of but they had great service and even gave me notes for my dad so he knew what was going on. Overall super awesome.the front desk lady was super nice and the other dude was nice too. They had a soda machine and a good waiting room too :) didn't make me pay and even told me to come back once my other stuff was fixed. I totally plan on it too. Good people and over all a good experience

We took our van to Pomp s for an alignment. Pomp s was unable to do the alignment because we have some issues that need remedied first . They were very forthcoming and told us if we followed through with the alignment it would be out again after the first big bump. We will be taking our van back as soon as we fix the problems. They were very courteous and didn t charge us even though they had to put it up on ramps before they figured out they couldn t do the alignment. Thank you Pomp s!

Good service and good mechanics. They were the only ones to work on my car out of the 6 other shops I called. They also knew how to adjust my suspension properly which the other shops couldn't figure out because it was "aftermarket". Highly recommend going here, you'll be treated right.

Came in to get a tire re seated on the rim. Found out the tire I wanted to reseat was down to the cords. Staff found me a new set of tires for approximately 250 dollars less than what I payed the last time. They cleaned up my rims and worked overtime to get the tire installed that is not something a lot of people or places are willing to do these days. I am very lucky that I chose this place for the repair and very grateful for the for the effort the entire team put in to help me.

Pomp's had the best price for a tie rod replacement and alignment. They started the work on time and finished before promised. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff, satisfied with the service done on my vehicle. Due to unexpected extra work it was a bit of a wait but very satisfied with finished result. I had an alignment done and it was the best price I had found in my area.

I called up the hibbing store, and was given a decent quote. Arrangements were given and when there was a hiccup in shipping,office personal was quick to update, even after hours. At the date of service, the office and shop were able to accommodate. They listened to my requests and I am satisfied with the product and service.

I had an appointment for 2 pm to mount and balance 4 tires. I dropped my truck off at 1pm and had my wife drop me off at pomp s at 4pm and my truck was not done. I waited until 5:30 Pm for my truck. I didn t get an apology or anything. They should have called me and rescheduled my appointment if they were having issues. I had never been to a pomp s before and I will never go there again. I will tell everybody I know to buy tires elsewhere. Worst service ever.

Phenomenal business! They were so friendly and considerate. I don't know a lot about cars, but they explained things to help me feel more informed. I went in for an oil change and they gave me a diagnostic of my whole car, from tire rotation to battery health to my brake life (which is apparently at 15%.... ). They had coffee, a charging station and were very relational and kind. When I got there, they were sorting out the gifts that they had purchased for a family through Salvation Army! And they let me take pictures! How cool is that! Definitely will be going back. I wish I could rate then higher.

Their professionalism and exceptional customer service, along with their fair pricing and quality work, have made me a dedicated customer. Had a rear tire going flat; called them at 8:00am and they were able to take care of it almost right away. Friendly staff and decent enough pricing. Good people to do business with!! Highly recommend them!!

I always have great service and have taken my cars here for 20+ years but the prices are so high and other places in the area are significantly lower. I don t know if I will be able toContinue to have our vehicles serviced here.

I had a tire that was going flat. I called them up at 8:00 in the morning to ask if they could get me in today. They told me if I could get down right away they could get me in immediately. They did so, managing to find and fix the trouble with the flat tire. I felt the price for the fix was reasonable enough. Their counter person was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this business

Excellent service, Julie is the best, pay her more for taking all calls, very knowledgeable and professional! However with Julie having to deal with Pomps software-give this gal a boost in pay! On another hand I don't appreciate the change with having to pay for balancing after purchasing 4 new tires yesterday-step it up Pomps!Mechanics there are awesome too!

When I ever need work I bring my van here my last experience wasn't as good as others unfortunately. There was a lack of communication on what was going on with my car. Which got into the shop doors a half hour later then scheduled appointment. I had my three year old son with me who is extremely busy and was playing in the waiting area which was dirty. Julie gave him a toy truck to play with and his hands were black from the floor. The Pop machine was also dirty and I tried to clean it with baby wipes because my child was touching it. Definitely needs a good cleaning in the waiting area. Also the tech forgot to put an oil change sticker in my window. Although my issues weren't completely resolved I do love the customer service from Julie and that is why I keep coming back.

Pomp s was to do an alignment on my car well they couldn t due to bad rear tire, so I left went and got the tire fixed and rescheduled with pomp s for the alignment the alignment took about 45 minutes very pleasant employees there and good service they are very honest and show what s wrong like with my tire anyhow they brought me out to show me what they found. They did offer to change the tire out so the alignment could take place but I had warranty on it and had to take it to the shop it is from. Anyhow I know people who been going at this particular shop for years when it s been under other names over time and they all recommend for alignment and other services and now I also recommend them for a good place to take a vehicle

Travis as always was wonderful to us. Looked at our car personally, since he has worked on our cars the whole time we have been customers. Found the problem, needed new shocks and we are happy. Always courteous and helpful and telling us exactly what work was done. We will be taking our other car in next week with maybe a rear brake problem. He will look at them to let us know what we need. Excellent mechanic, happy for his promotion, and a wonderful person.

It is great that pomp s kept the right people. I went there when it royal tire. Julie is amazing she digs in asked questions finds a solution. She goes above and beyond to do what it right for the customers. The only problem is it took her so long to fight with her computer system to do something which should have been vary easy for her to do. The phone system is ran by the internet. It was down I called thought something was wrong with my phone. I got a call Back from an employees personal phone. That is a shame it puts them into a compromising situation. You should provide company phones that they can leave at work and not have to deal with known people calling them off of work. They don t get pad to work 24-7

I went in for tires, and received excellent care. Pomp s did a free alignment check because they didn t want me putting $1300 on tires if it was just going to chew them up. Alignment was good, however, they found a bad wheel bearing. I m glad I went to a place that cared about my vehicle and safety as opposed to just selling tires.
