Got a busted window on a newer vehicle!? No problem! Bill over at Northen Lites has you covered! Back window got busted out at work couple weeks ago and as fast as he could get the glass my back windshield and the front that needed to be replaced because of a crack were changed. He also was able to calibrate the vehicle so I didn t have to make a special trip to ford! Thanks Bill see you next time!Best,

I ve used Bill at Northern Lites on 3 windshield replacements thus far, and I ve been very happy with the service, communication, and quality of work I ve received on each one. On all three vehicles, they d been detailed not long before, and not one thing was out of place, not one speck of debris anywhere when I received the car back. He has a real eye for detail and does great work. One collector car took a couple months to receive a special order windshield, and he even took an evening to work it in to his busy schedule.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The gentleman who took my phone call gave me great instructions as to how to file a claim, and quickly was able to get me on his schedule. He was polite, and HONEST. Great shop. Great work. Quoted 3hours to replace my windshield and I was out in 2.5 hours, with proper post windshield replacement care instructions.

Home window repair. 4-6 weeks was the quote 8 weeks later no call on updates 10 weeks i placed a call to get status on window since never received all calls on updates $33 dollars over quote amount very disappointed in service! would not recommend

Hello again, folks. Just taking time to share my recent, and very amazing experience with Bill, and Northern Lites glass. DOT Snow Plow took out my rear window around 3am on a Sunday morning... Of course, it couldn't POSSIBLY have been any fault that the plow tossed an almost 2 pound piece of ceramic something or other thru my rear window glass lol. Called progressive, to make my glass claim. Progressive assigned Safelite auto glass, who were scheduled to come to my Vehicle.... On Wednesday, 3 days later. Mind You, I have a gaping hole in my rear window, snow's just pouring in.... Monday morning, I called Northern Lites, had the extreme pleasure to speak with Bill. Bill easily found and ordered the glass, which came the next morning. Love this guy... When Bill heard I was a wounded retired military personel, with limited mobility, He quickly offered Me to Pick up AND return my vehicle directly to my home, eliminating my need to walk or figure out another ride. Anybody can install Auto glass easily enough having proper training. What they CANNOT teach, is the small town, personalized service that Bill graciously reminded Me DOES still exist, if you happen to stumble across it.... Folks, don't stumble when you need auto glass, take my advice, get in touch with Bill at Northern Lites. And Wth, Go ahead and tell Him that Gene Wood gave Him a sterling review. As anyone who follows Me knows, if You suck, I'll post that. I'll also give a glowing review to those who demonstrate amazing customer service. Bull, thank You for calling me by name, not treating me like a number. As long as I'm anywhere I can drive to you, you ARE my New Auto glass guy. I hope this review sends many people your way, you are deserving of the recognition, I'd like to see your company flourish. You're a wonderful persin, honest and showed excellent worksmanship... THANK YOU MR BILL. Wish I could give 5 plus 5 stars. Keep it up buddy!
