If I could I would give them 0 stars I bring my car to you guys cause of the fact being is I needed headlights installed cause of the little accident I had. I have even went and got the parts as well as the LED lights that I have upgraded to you guys give me back my car and at night when driving my car on the road my lights are pointed down at the road. I take it back to you guys a second time and yet you guys can't even fix it the right way as of today which is February 19th 2024 I find out that you clowns didn't even install my parts or lock my lights into place the right way and caused me to spend at least 2 hrs in another shop cause of your mistake is unexpectable maybe your mechanics should go to the proper schooling instead of what getting your mechanic license out of a Cracker Jack box you all need to be shut down and fired!!!!!!!!!

This is the only place I will go in Hibbing or on the iron range they are very good and their prices are reasonable very well done very respectable just nice people all the way around!

I have used Johns auto body a couple of times and they are fantastic! I have had work done to the body of my car and in the engine and both times they were time efficient, kind, and did amazing work! Had an urgent need on our car on a holiday. They took a look at it, discovered it was an easy fix, and got us out of there in no time. Very appreciative!

Went in to get a estimation was told it would be emailed to me the next day waited all day didnt get it even called and asked what was up was told by secretary when she got it i would too bottom line never got it so why bring my business to them didnt seem very intrested in doing the work either acted like i didnt have the money judged me so i took my business to kitzville where the work will be getting done people like this shouldnt even have a job
