Very impressed with City Auto Glass and Ray who did the work. I had my windshield replaced and it was done quickly and carefully.My vehicle has safety sensors that required calibration which was done right in the shop. This is my place for window work from now on, highly recommend. Many thanks !!

The tech they sent out was very nice an the response time I called them Monday and they were at my house on Thursday replaced my wife glass on her car it was a very efficient process an the installer was very nice to my wife.. I would use them and definitely recommend them to anyone

Wow, they got me in quick.Needed our windshield replaced in January Northern Minnesota. Called them up and our windshield was scheduled for after the weekend.Great job, respectful, and informative.The tech indicated to me how our sunroof is in need of attention before it starts leaking.Thanks City Auto Glass Hibbing, Mn.

I ll be fully honest and say I ve only used City Auto Glass twice. Normally I d go through Safelite for convenience . Never again. City Auto Glass has earned my business. Their staff is friendly, kind, funny, and create a comfortable atmosphere while getting your window repaired/replaced. My employer is employee owned and I m proud to support another employee owned business!P.S. - GET THE AQUAPEL! It s fantastic! I just got a new-to-me car, and I m tempted to just have them apply it to the current windshield because I miss it!

I 100% recommend City Auto Glass. Ryan was amazing and super polite, they got my window repaired within 2 days of the accident and that s after they special ordered my glass. 100% will always go to City Auto Glass from now on.

I was in need of a new back window for my pickup as it blew out. Wasn t sure I could get it fixed before I went out of town. But they worked me in as the guy was coming to my town for other jobs. Great service from the office to the guy installing it. Thanks again.

Omg literal chaos from the moment my glass decided to just explode but Kelly from citi was a literal life saver got my car in super fast and the boys at the shop got it fixed asap and it looks perfect! Best customer service hands down. They all made the whole process so easy!

I was pleasantly surprised when I called to have mine and my husband's windows replaced, and they actually said they could come the very next day! They came right out to our house and repaired while we were at work. The office staff and the man who replaced my windshield were great to work with....they accommodated my schedule changes and were very pleasant about it. My questions were answered and everything went smoothly. I'm very glad I chose them for this service.

I was very impressed at the level of professionalism and efficiency that city auto glass had. My issue was part of a recall that my car dealership refused to honor, and I needed my car for work city auto glass stepped in and made everything right and they were so fast and efficient and got my truck back to me in 24 hours I would recommend them to anybody. Their customer service skills are excellent as well. thank you so much for all of your help. Great service. I was contacted with the estimated time and again just before the repair person arrived. After the windshield was replaced the repair person explained when I could drive and about the sealing time.
