They worked me in before my scheduled appointment when I dropped it off after not feeling comfortable driving it due to a potential wheel issue. I had backup vehicle options for a scheduled trip out of town a few days later and they ended up fixing it within 24 hrs which was such a pleasant surprise. Really appreciate such great service right here in Hawley!!

Muscatell was able to pick up and drop off my car at my work, which was so great as I didn't have to take time out of my work day to get service done on my vehicle. They were able to pick up my vehicle, put on new tires and have my vehicle dropped back off to me within a two hour time frame! Staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative! Great experience!

I received an oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Great customer service. Nice clean waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages. The Express is a great addition to the Muscatell family!!

I Recently purchased a vehicle from Ole at Burns Ford. my purchase experience was excellent. Ole is such a kind , knowledgeable person when it came to purchasing my vehicle. Took the time to answering questions making sure what I would choose was the right fit for me regarding what I was looking for financially and options. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

I cannot believe how efficient and welcoming their people are! I knew had a couple of recall issues and it would take a few extra minutes, they let me bring my laptop and borrowed me the conference room table to do work while they finish my truck. They re just too easy to work with!

Matt was super helpful and let us test drive several models to help us decide what we were truly looking for in a used vehicle. No pressure but once we decided he stayed late to get the deal completed! Also helped us become family with our vehicle s features before sending us down the road. Financing was a breeze and Elliot helped us customize our plan and loan. I haven t been able to purchase a vehicle this smoothly in the past. Thanks Burns Ford Hawley for a great experience.

First place I have ever been to that actually did my alignment properly the first time. I've had everything from castle nut not tight at all with no cotter pin on tie rod ends, to tie rod TOUCHING the drag link at other big name shops in Fargo. Finally a place that just got me in and out and got the job done right! I'll definitely be coming back!

Had a check engine light on, places in Moorhead were saying I needed level 10 testing for transmission, which would run me like $400. Brought my car to them, I get a call that it s all fixed because warranty covered it. Super minor issue, purge valve. Definitely will drive the 30 minutes to go to them again

Had some warranty work done on my F150 yesterday...all the staff is super friendly and a big shout out to the service manager Mike Beckett for getting it all done. They didn't have one of the components so they had to get one from the Fargo location. Mike kept me informed about every step so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. He took the time to explain the situation and ways to avoid further problems also. And a big thanks to Olee Mcdonald for being the best sales guy! Definitely would work with this dealership in the future!

Service was awesome...but my husband had a fleet card and we found out after the fact that they don't take that fleet card...so we have to all ahead to get our oil changed there... to bad cause we would like to go there all the time.

Matt was really professional and was willing to work with me. I wanted the Edge right away when I saw it on line. He got the ball rolling right away and made sure I ended up with the keys in my hand a couple days later! We kept in touch with texts he let me know the various stages of what was being done to it. I have had my Edge a couple days and I m loving it!

The Service Dept is very helpful and easy to work with on multiple occasions. They were respectful and talked through issues without judgement or man-splaning and not irritating or condescending at all like I ve had before at an other dealership. Muscatell Burns Ford were tremendous to work with, easy to get in with, great at diagnosing the problem as quick as possible without added hassle even prior to me buying a car from them. That experience with their Service Dept was part of the reason I looked at new cars there and ultimately purchased from them. The valet service was also extremely convenient and having a loaner provided to use for child pick up helped make the service appt a no brainer no matter what time of day it was offered!
