Great people and very patient! My truck needed a new motor. They diagnosed it within hours for a very affordable price. They even held on to the truck for a week until everything was sorted out. Amazing people with the small city respect.

Got a problem with the rear truck tire. We stopped by RDO Equipment in Hawley, Minnesota and Matt who jumped right on it and helped us get on our way. We first stopped at Davis Tire Shop, but they refused to help us, seeing we were towing a big fifth wheel. Told us to come back tomorrow????Much appreciation to the mechanics at RDO

Stopped by because my engine was overheating. They told me they d have to keep it overnight and couldn t even look at it quick. Couldn t give me a timeline. Very rude. Next spot helped me out right away

16 year old niece took car in for heater concern tech did not verify problem replaced parts she did not get home with car still same problem replaced more parts still did not check work to see if fixed concern same problem was charged 2 times for repair did not return took to other shop now works good poor quality work would not recommend

I recently brought my truck in to get a oil change and replace fuel filters, the mechanic could not get the truck to start after and told me that my injectors just went out and would not stay late and help me figure out the problem or let me use tools and come in on a Saturday or Sunday. I had to buy fuel filters and tools and work on the truck outside the shop. After bleeding the fuel system I had the truck running with no bad injectors. These people should not be running any kind of mechanic shop.

Brought in a trailer tire from my car dolly and they took it and replaced with a new one in less than 10 minutes. Super friendly people and great service!

They price gouge! Brought lawn mower tires in after being quoted $15 a tire for mounting but because I didn t buy the tires there they charged $50 per tire. Fleet Farm charges $20.
