My Trax was in for a repair and a few days later the check engine light came on. I called and talked with Brandon and he got my vehicle in and a courtesy vehicle for me to use. He also kept me informed about my repair. Great service!

Anthony's customer service for the repair and Service side of the shop was the best! Also that one nice lady who I got my keys from on the dealership side was very patient with me when I was miss understanding her. Thank you so much!

Nothing bad to say. However, with my experience, this dealership could-not/would-not come close to the discount at a competing dealership on the same spec'd new truck. Sales staff was kind and honest at the beginning about not being able to match the price of the truck at the other dealership so my time was not wasted. I ended up buying the truck at the other dealership on the north-west side of the Twin Cities.

Was a smooth experience, Anthony made sure the job was done and done right. The part I needed didn't come in the day i needed but he went out and got it and didn't make me wait. Thanks to the folks at Hastings Chevrolet!!

First off, I scheduled service on Sunday the 28th. I couldn't believe I got an 11:30 AM Appt on the 29th, so I booked it. I show up at 8:30 to drop off my keys, and Anthony was at the Service Desk. What a polite, well trained guy! I told him the issues, and told him I had dropped of my car the day before because it was leaking oil. I got a call at 11:20 AM, from, I am guessing the Service Technician, and he explained everything that they found. I gave them the go ahead to replace what they thought needed to be replaced. I picked up my car at 4:30 PM that same day, and the car is FIXED! I cannot say enough how appreciative I am with Valley Chev of Hastings, and how great their service is! I just found a new GM Service and new car Sales place for my Wife and I for everything in the future!

Everything was fix, but there seemed to be something else wrong which made the price to keep going up. But 2 days after I spend over $1600.00 I get a flyer that was left for our business with a coupon for $75.00 of any repair. So frustrating.

The service was good in the sense that they addressed the problem and did not try and tack on additional services which would cost me more money. I appreciate the honesty and the quality service.

I ve been coming here for years for vehicle repairs and I ve purchased 2 cars as well. With more likely in the future. Somewhere anyone can go now today and feel comfortable and know that they won t be taken advantage of. The service techs are knowledgeable and willing to make it work for you as much as possible, sales staff is honest and willing to work with you.thanks again for your help you guys are a flagship for other dealerships in your area, they should try to be more like how you guys operate and care for customers.

LOVE Valley Chevrolet of Hastings, MN. There are other Chevy dealers closer to home, but we trust our cars care with Valley Chev. Our oil change was done in a timely manner, and the Customer Lounge was a nice place to sit and wait.

The maintenance dept was very helpful to me regarding Chevrolet points.They were courteous and respectful. I like how they explain the issues with my car.Bring back the cookies in the waiting room please.Thanks for great service. I bought my car here due to the great service.

The customer service started really strong here. I dropped my car off in the beginning of the week and still by Friday, It was not done- no communication no calls. I called them several times -just to be told that the person before them did not give them an update on what was going on with my car. I finally went in to talk to them about why my car was not finished .. I kept getting excuse after excuse . Also, these repairs were covered by warranty and they said that I had to pay over $300 to get my car out of the shop.FRUSTRATING THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME with this DEALERSHIP.

It was wonderful. I wasnt expecting anything to be done at first. Was looking at options. Tim was wonderful as well he talked to me about my options and got me something better than what I was looking at. And I left a more than satisfied customer. I would definitely continue to use them.

Did great service on my old truck, very nice to have loaners when my vehicle is in the shop, great value for my trade in when I bought my new truck. Amanda did a great job ordering my new truck and trading in my old one Brandon did a great job helping me order my accessories in the service department and do the service on my old truck. I'll be bring all my vehicles there from now on.

2016 Silverado developed some strange problems, I suspected something with the onboard computer system. Tom Z. at Valley was incredibly helpful! The problem turned out to be unusual in that they hadn't seen it before. Two of the modules rather bled into each other and caused a variety of issues. They got the parts in at a lightning pace and fixed that and my calipers. I love that he kept in touch with me about the problems and was upfront about estimated expenses. We had bought an extended warranty when we purchased the truck from them and fortunately it covered a great deal. Valley helped us with the remaining balance. I honestly love the service at Valley Chevrolet in Hastings!! They have been wonderful every time we've had our truck serviced. I can't say enough good things about them. I frequently recommend them to family, friends and even strangers!! Thanks again Tom for your excellent customer service and kindness!!

Kurt was very helpful and kept our truck until he could figure out what was wrong. It was initially frustrating because the issue wouldn't present itself when they drove it but eventually it did and he figured out what was wrong. Persistence is appreciated!

I had a safety recall addressed for potential wiper failure. My wipers were working before I had my vehicle serviced for this safety recall. Now they don't work. My vehicle became less safe after the safety recall work. I would have been better off if I had done nothing. I am very displeased and I'm planning to take it back to this dealer to get my wipers back to their original functioning condition from before I had service done. I believe working wipers are required by the state for legal operation of the vehicle. I have to keep an eye on the forecast because I can't drive in rain or snow without working wipers. They were working before service. Not working after. Update: they fixed my wipers after bringing it back a second time.

The service department has been nothing but great. I've had to get air in my tires and they always help me out. I also bought my car there years ago and excellent service.

I have only worked with Kirk G. in service and every time he is so helpful. He takes the time to explain the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. Let s me ask as many questions as I need. He has helped me out a few times as my car is getting older and each time he is amazing!! I also referred my friend to him and they received the same quality of treatment from him. They don t just service Chevrolet vehicles, if you re having an issue call and see what he can do for you. Thank you again Kirk for all your help!!! It is so appreciated!!
