The customer service here is absolutely amazing. I ve taken many cars to this location and I ve always been fully satisfied and treated wonderfully. The prices are great and they are quick to get your vehicle back to you. Any vehicle trouble I have I know I can count on them to take care of it quickly and cost-effectively. All in all they are an amazing shop to go to. 10 out of 10

Brought my car in to get new tires and they got it in ASAP! Great pricing, efficient and great customer service.Spare tire had a rotted out valve stem and they repaired it at no extra cost!Couldn t ask for a better local car shop

These guys are dependable and go the extra mile. We won t take our vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend. Purchased tires and had a repair. Great prices. You can t go wrong with this Tires Plus. God bless you for getting our truck up and running in this crazy world where parts are impossible to find! Beyond grateful.

I came into the shop for a simple tire repair. I had a small finish nail in the center of the tire (nowhere near the sidewall). The tech brought my car into the shop and 2 minutes later came back and told me I needed a new set of tires because the nail was to close to the sidewall. After 2 days of researching new tires. I decided to have a second look at the tire and still couldn't find the second nail. I brought it to another shop and they fixed it in 30 minutes for $15. Turns out the tires plus tech lied to me so he could sell a set of tires instead of a repair. I wont be back to this shop, you can't trust them!

Incredible service. Seriously, above and beyond. Our 2020 silverado had serpentine belt snap, and due to the strike, nowhere had the part. Even Amazon was a month out. And these guys found it, honestly one of the only places in the state, and are getting it done. With work and kids, we are so grateful for these guys. I cannot express enough how wonderful and hardworking they are. We also purchased tires for 2 vehicles last month. Great service every time. HIGHLY recommend.

I m a student who needed his breaks changed bad and fast so I could get back to school in a timely fashion. He was able to give me new breaks and new tires for cheap!!! Will be coming back soon for all my car needs!!!

Nate quoted me 6 hours to change 4 tires. I mentioned calling another shop in order to compare wait times and he told me to go to another shop and hung up on me. When I called back I was told by Nate I was being refused of service and they would not set an appointment for me and hung up on me again.

Not bad! Fast service and cheap oil charges especially for synthetic oil - which my car requires. Will be back for other routine maintenance for my car in the future. My only complaint is they don't make appointments on Saturday - first come first serve.

We had no reservation or appointment, but they were able to help us right away. We ended up needing to replace all our tires, which luckily they had in stock. We were in and put in under 2 hours. GREAT service. We will be going there again.

I've done the other tire shops and even dealers, but talk to Nate and he consciously makes an effort to give you the best tire without ignoring what you want. I asked for a beefy tire for my truck and between him and the mechanic they got me exactly what I wanted with install and balance for a great price. You get what you pay for, unless you go here, then you get what you deserve for less.

Highly recommend this place. I was visiting from out of state, when I had a flat and needed all my tires replaced. I called late afternoon, and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning the next day. Prices were great, and their service is very speedy and done well! Definitely will use this shop if I ever need service when I am visiting my mom in the future. AAA+++ service. THANK YOU!

My Husband and I have always had great service at this location. We have gotten his tires, my tires and our daughters tires there in the past. We recently were in to get another set of tires and the brakes done on my husbands truck. Again we were happy with the service. While we were there my husband asked if they could get my car in the following week for some new tires as well. We were told that it was no problem. The man behind the counter asked what size and my husband and I were both unaware so I went out to my car and took a picture of my tire. I brought it inside and showed the image to the clerk. He did some checking and said they had a Continental tire that would work for my car. He said that the price was $560. I said wow that seems really cheap. I said and that for a Chrysler 300 he said yes. He then asked if I had the C or S class I said I had the limited version. I said wow that is a great deal. He said he could get me in in a few days that they would have to order the tires. I said ok that great. I came in at my scheduled time and I was informed that they had sent the wrong tires for my car. That they had sent a 17 and my car was a 19. I said ok can we get the correct ones. He said not problem. I rescheduled the appt and went it on the day we had scheduled. When I got there I was told my tires would now be $1100.00 dollars. I asked why I was not told that the first time I came in. He said I don't know but that is what it is. Needless to say after taking two days off early from work to come in and get the tires and then being told that they would be double the price I declined. We have always had great service at this location but at this point I will not be coming back. I understand that mistakes happen but twice and then double the price is not acceptable. I called corporate and they said this was an independent store and there is nothing we can do. I must say I do not think we will do business with this location or any tires plus again in the future.

Discovered this morning my 20+ yr old vehicles rack and pinion was shot and I needed this fixed ASAP for US Mail delivery next day. I called and spoke with Troy who was able to get the rack delivered to the shop and start working on the car mid -morning. Relief! Car got done early afternoon and functioned as to should. No slack, grinding and no more power steering fluid on my garage floor . Prompt service and quality work at a reasonable price.

Troy and his Staff are amazing. He spent well over an hour with me selecting the right tire and wheel combination for my Model A pickup. He nailed it. The price was right, but the service and genuine concern for getting it right meant more than anything to me. Thanks guys.

I had originally went in for a ball joint replacement because I was told this caravan I recently bought needed a ball joint pronto. They checked everything out and showed us the real problem. Balanced the tires and Bought two new tires for our very soon extensive mile trip to warmth, brrr here! and their service is very satisfactory! If we are ever back up to Minnesota, you will definitely have a visit from us if we need any vehicle work! Thanks again for the honest work.

I had a very pleasant experience. My oil change was super quick, the price was unbeatable, and best of all they didn't try to up-sell me on anything! Sounds silly, but happens all the time at car places. Highly recommend!

I had my tires put on in July and I had to remove one of the wheels for maintenance and couldn't because the lugs were on there way to tight. Brought it to them since they put it on, they got em off and made sure all the other ones were good. I wasn't happy at first but they fixed the problem and quickly so I changed my review back to 4 stars.

Called and set up an appointment with 3 requests, the day of my appointment they pulled the car out the first time only performing 1 of the 3, I kindly questioned about the others and they were nice and found the appointment notes. They pulled out the car the second time with only 2 of the 3 jobs completed. I bit my tongue and just left respectfully because it was obvious the coordination here was already this bad and I did not see the point of wasting any more time standing there. Also with having additional avoidable problems from their lack of depth in simple inspections I got to work on my car at home not even a week later and they denied any refund or coverage even though the source was a direct impact from a lazy technicians work.

I dealt with Troy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I had some major car problems and Troy took really good care of me. When it turned out that it was past the scope of what Tires Plus was capable of (Full Engine Replacement), he took it upon himself to make sure I was made whole financially and directed me to the right avenue to get my problems taken care of. Great experience! I highly recommend anyone who has needs for the basic oil change to needing new tires to mechanical/technical issues, go to Tires Plus in Hastings, they will take care of you.

Always rock star service from these guys! Also doesn't hurt that one of them is a friend of mine, but I think they'd give the same service regardless. They have always looked for cheaper ways to help out, whether it be to use more budget-friendly parts or to offer me the sale of slightly used tires to replace my bald ones. They are the reason I looked for a Tires Plus when I moved to Missouri and needed my vehicle serviced. Couldn't be happier with them over the years! Thanks, guys!!

This is the best auto repair place I have ever been to by far. I now know why my wife has been recommending it since I moved to town. We arrived without an appointment, but got in right away. Even though we had received the wrong parts from an auto parts store the day before, the staff at Tires Plus went above and beyond to help us. I will only be going here in the future.

These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, honest and don t waste your time. I ve had only great experiences bringing my truck here for oil change service, general maintenance and new tires and rotation service. Can t say enough good things about this crew and recommend them highly. Thanks for keeping my Taco running strong!

My daughter had an appointment to swap summer tires for winter tires. She made the appointment the day before and was told that they had an opening at 11:00 and it would take about an hour. Got there a little before 11:00 to drop it off while we went to lunch. They said it might be a little more than an hour and we explained that she had scheduled her work hours around the time to which they had committed. They said they would try to get it done within an hour. Came back at 12:00 and they had just pulled it in and were starting to dismount the first tire. They said it would be around 1/2 hour longer. Explained again that she would be late for work if it took any longer than that. Went to the store and came back at 12:30. We were told that they still had two more to do, another 1/2 hour. My daughter asked about the Tires Plus On- Time Guarantee 10% discount:"ON TIME GUARANTEEWe understand how valuable your time is. If your vehicle is not ready at the time we promised, we will offer a 10% discount on your next purchase (discount cannot exceed $25.00) that is valid at any company owned Tires Plus location. The subsequent second visit must occur within one year of the original service. This discount cannot be used to reduce outstanding debt."The employee stated that that was only valid at corporate stores. I disagreed with him and he offered to get the manger to talk to me. I told him I would like to talk to the manager but to warn the manger that he shouldn't try to pull the "corporate store" BS with me. The manager, Troy, came out and started with the Corporate store story and told me that it was in the fine print on the website. I told him it wasn't and asked him to show me. The guarantee states that the 10% discount is valid at any company owned location. It doesn't specify that the guarantee is only for company owned stores. He then started making excuses, " we got behind, we're doing our best, it is what it is, do you know how hard it is to hire good people, etc. He was getting very animated and acting like a jerk. I told him that he was being a dick and he denied it and kept ranting. I told him that he should never talk to a customer the way he was, and that there was a time to just say you are sorry and be quiet. He said' Yes you should" and walked into the shop. They finally finished at 1:00, twice as long as they had promised the day before. This location has signage like any other Tires Plus store, so you wouldn't know that it isn't a company owned store, and all of the Tires Plus guarantees, warranties, etc., don't apply, in their minds. Troy also comes off as an unprofessional jerk with no customer service skills. I wonder why he has such a hard time hiring and retaining good employees?

Best value in town!!! Very polite and professional. I love that they have Valerie working at the desk. Having a female at the desk makes the experience less intimidating for all us ladies . Valerie is very helpful and friendly. Overall excellent, prompt service and great value! They have my business for life!

Had my oil changed last asked the service writer to make sure they lived the frt suspension, He said that was included.Had the front wheels of for another repair yesterday,those grease fittings hadn't been touched in 3 months.(disappointed in this kind of service.I expected better) Lee Anderson Hastings

I came in there on Saturday morning not knowing if they would be able to get me in. I needed 4 tires. They said they could from the time I work in the door until they drove my suv into the bay was 20 minutes these guys really impressed me alot. Total time there 1hr 15 min these guys are great. If you are looking for a Tires Plus to go to this is the place keep up the great job your doing gentleman.

We were 5 hours away from home Saturday afternoon when we heard loud grinding noises near the front tire. We pulled into Tires Plus and they found the CV shaft was ready to break. Despite being a larger repair they assured us they would fix it right away so we could get home. They fixed everything in record time!!! Thank you for not pushing us over to Monday. The Hastings, MN Tires Plus guys rock and are highly recommended! Knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced.
