I have unfortunately had to use Ryan & Gordy s glass a couple of time over the last month .they have been AWESOME to work with. Very accommodating and friendly staff!!!

I called a few weeks ago for a window to be repaired. Less than 1 mile from your shop at the trailer court. I gave you guys the address, and was supposed to get a call with in a few days. We are currently selling the place, due to putting my mother in law in nursing home. The sale is pending with the agreement the window gets fixed by the end of the month. So if it's not repaired by the 28th, my wife and I get to pay another month of lot rent out of our pocket

Recently I had a crack in my windshield. Ryan & Gordy's was quick and super easy to work with me and my insurance company! They are awesome to work with!

Professional experienced and courteous folks. Installed a 2 piece in my 99 RV. They found some rust under the old glass and instead of just covering it up and getting paid they shared what they found with me. They also encouraged me to get it fixed properly so my new windshield would last longer. Great experience. They get all my future business.

I had a quote for a shower door. They said they could do it. I waited a month with no communication as to when the installation would be. I reached out then they could install, but when they came the part they ordered the wrong part they said. The said they would get the part and be back. After waiting 5 weeks with no communication I reached out and now they say they cannot install the door. The worst communication ever! Would never recommend the company. If they knew there job well enough they would know if they could do the job or at least communicate any issues.

Fast and quick service, once they arrive. I had a stress crack on the interior pane of a double-pane window in my living room. I called to schedule for a quote and Jay came to my house and created the quote within 48 hours! The glass took about a week to arrive and I was quickly scheduled for installation. The first reschedule was due to rain, completely understandable. The following week I reached out to them after not receiving a call for three days, and was scheduled for the following week. The following week was a second reschedule to have another person on staff to help with the replacement, I was scheduled another week out a Tuesday. I confirmed the appointment the day before and day of and still, no service. Finally, Jay himself contacts me to let me know he will be out next week. After four weeks of rescheduling Jay quickly installed the window and IT LOOKS GREAT!Despite the four weeks of missed appointments, I still rate this 4/5 stars due quick and great service when they arrived and a spot on quote.Services: Window installation, Window repair

Although we had some issues, Jay returned today and took effective steps to make things right. As of this writing, Jay ordered one new part, and the installation of this part should complete the project successfully.The bumps in the road matter less than the outcome, so I am happy to provide a solid review of Ryan and Gordy's glass. We needed the glass in a few windows replaced in our home. One had been broken and two other had the gas leak out from age and weather and had become difficult to see out of. Ryan & Gordy's Glass came to our house and gave us an estimate that was far more affordable than having the entire window replaced. The installers arrived on time, they were pleasant, professional, and we love the new windows. The entire process was very quick and painless. We needed the glass of a framed picture replaced and were told it would take 20 min of labor. We waited almost 2 weeks and when we picked it up, they had broken the wire hanger on the back. They only stated they didn't have any wiring enough to replace it and sent my husband on his way. I called to confirm about the broken wire and they only said 'then' that they were sorry. They had their boss then call - as I asked if they coukd at least take off some money for their damage.The boss called and completely was unsympathetic and acted like he didnt understand the issue and only asking if the new glass was okay. (BTW, the glass cost was $7.50, and total bill was $89).Very unprofessional if you ask me to return something THEY broke and not make it right.I would not recommend this business!

Terrible terrible customer service. They came out and measured my shower. Ordered the door, came to install it, and then realized they measured wrong. Strung me along for months saying the new one was coming and then ghosted me. Absolutely do not go to them!!Service: Glass installationService: Glass installation

Jay was very nice and answered all the question I had about to replacement process. They were on time. Even a few minutes early. That s always nice to see. Gordy's is filled with great people & great service! They suggested finding a used rear window at the salvage yard which saved me $600! On top of that they filled the biggest chip in my windshield for free.

They helped file claim, I caught a ride with an installer to my house. Left the car. It was done early. All paid by insurance. Use them they are good to work with

Gordy's did an incredible job repurposing an old family picture frame with a mirror for my mother. Handled both the frame and customer with great care. I love this place and the new mirror looks amazing!

We had to replace a window on our garage door. They said that since it is something that would go overhead that the glass would have to be tempered which is extremely expensive. However the other three windows in the garage door are not tempered glass and with that we should not have to replace a new window with tempered glass. They were going to charge a ridiculous price for a ridiculous reason.When replacing any window on an older home or an older door for your garage make sure that you know what you will have to replace the item with and make sure that it is the exact same item that you have already on your garage door and or home. Do not let people like Ryan glass spend your money.Go to Red Wing Glass!

They said it would be done on Friday and it was done on Tuesday. I picked up my glass on Wednesday. Excellent job and fair priced.
