So I m from PA and I was trying to find a mechanic shop (since I m still trying to know the area) and came across them on Google. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness! I didn t feel like a nuisance to them, like I have felt at other auto shops. I just needed my tires rotated and an oil change! They were so quick at getting it done, but not the type of quick that you worry if it was done right! (Me personally, I think this next part is awesome) they send you a profile about your vehicle via text with a picture of your vehicle! Tells you who worked on your vehicle and it has a whole list of things on it (like coolant, transmission fluid, motor oil and SO MUCH MORE)! Since I got my tires rotated the profile told me the tread depth of them and how many mm the brakes are at! The profile they do on your vehicle is amazing! I miss working on my vehicles myself (don t have the proper equipment to do so), but after taking it to them I know for a fact my vehicle is in excellent hands! I truly appreciate them so much! Oh yeah, and their prices, are WONDERFUL! That team there works like a well oiled machine!

Had an unexpected leak in the rear tire of my Range Rover Evoque and I called Jeremy who answered the stores phone asking if he could squeeze me in and he said they were busy but he would fix me up in between customers. He found the big construction roofing screw that was lodged in my tire and he got it all done in less than three hours. Fantastic service! Highly recommend

Had a screw in my tire. Found it late on a Friday. Paramount was one of a few sites open on Saturday, so I stopped in Saturday morning without an appointment. They informed me that it could take a while, but would try to squeeze me in between appointments if possible. Left my car with them and took a short walk. When I got back they were nearly finished patching my tire. Great service and great people here. Thanks for a quick and good job.

I cannot recommend Paramount in Hastings enough. I called them at 12pm on Saturday after I started having brake issues. They were able to immediately squeeze me in and helped arrange a loaner when they were pretty much all booked. They had my car fixed the same day as well! Definitely saved the day with the plans I had that day as well! Not to mention every single person there was EXTREMELY kind and friendly! I will definitely be returning for all repairs and maintenance going forward.

Real happy with the tire and installation. They got us in quickly, and the manager did a great job at taking care of an issue I had. I plan on using this location for both my vehicles going forward.

Simply amazing staff! Very professional mechanics and service writer kept me the loop with everything that needed to be done and what measures were needed to fix the issue! Even gave me a loaner to so I could about my day. Thank you again for the help and service

Nothing else to say but life saver! I have been wronged by so many mechanics and my car is not an easy fix. Every time I call Jeremy he makes accommodations to get me into the shop and fix my car right away. I always appreciate their honesty, even if it s a major repair, he breaks it down and helps me figure out next steps. Thank you Hastings Paramount

When my check engine light started blinking and my traction lights came on and as someone from another town I panicked and went here. Front desk (Jeremy) and tech (Christian) were extremely helpful and able to get my car back into prime shape. Super thankful they could squeeze me in especially on a Saturday!

Great service did a good job with the alignment but pricing on the headlight was alittle steep so I'm doing that myself. They must only buy stock parts I ordered headlights from Amazon for 30 dollars compared to basically 300.. just for the bulbs.. but either way I'd bring my car there again.. thanks for the new tires

Me and my husband both needed oil changes so we checked out Walmart and it turns out they will only take 1 vehicle at a time with 1 waiting so they wouldn't even sign us up. We called paramount auto service and they were able to schedule both cars that day and called to ask if we wanted my wipers replaced since they were pretty worn. Great service.

We're very satisfied with Paramount Auto Service/Hastings. We went to a different shop and had work done to tires, rotors and breaks. But, after driving it, something just didn't seem right. We went to Paramount with our situation and they were able to figure out what the other shop did wrong and correct it at a fair price. Now, it drives like a dream. We'll be brining all our vehicles there from now on. Thanks Paramount!

Good guys they got me in for my oil change right away and discussed some other things that I could use. I didn t know I had an oil leak but there it was. Checked my garage floor and there was some spots.

Don't use this place unless you want to get scammed. They told me it would be almost $3000 to fix my car which is almost double what I ended up paying for the exact same thing. On top of the outrageous price, what they diagnosed didn't even fix the problem. I ended up fixing it myself with a $50 part and an hour of my time.

After being advised that I needed a repair, I had decided to have paramount do the repair as they were better priced for the service. They were incredibly helpful and prompt with scheduling and ordering the needed part. Upon working on my vehicle, it was found that I didn't even need the part replaced. I was given ample proof that they were accurate and I will not comment on "why" I may have been informed of needing a more expensive repair elsewhere. Instead of taking the money for the more expensive unnecessary repair, paramount called me and we discussed the concern. My vehicle is all repaired and at a FRACTION of the cost. Due to the honesty and willingness to go above and beyond, we will be coming back.

It was a good experience- I needed new tires, turns out I needed new brakes too. Roadside assistance towed my vehicle there, and I got regular communications and updates/suggestions until the job was finished- a shuttle driver picked me up and brought me there to take care of paying, and we were done

I give this place an A+++Excellent customer service!They were able to get me in right away, to fix my tire, even though I had never been a customer before today. I also needed my car by noon, to leave town for the weekend, and they rushed to get it done for me by then. I'm dinging a star because holy cow were they expensive, just shy of $750 to have an alternator replaced in my Ford Focus. Otherwise they were great, they got me in last minute and were very friendly and professional. They provided a courtesy car which helped immensely. I scheduled ahead for a drop-off oil change. Left the car at Goodyear at 9 AM. Picked it up at 5:25PM. I was told the car hadn't been in the garage for the oil change yet. There would be one other car getting its work done first. There was only one mechanic working. Stranded in town after work, I was not about to sit for up to another 90 minutes for my car. I rescheduled for another day, and told the workers I would be picking it up just after 5. This time it was ready, but I was told the cost was $30 more than stated on the three previous times I'd asked. I ended up paying about $17 over the quoted price, which is more than the special, plus added fees. I will not return.Service: Oil change
