Huge shoutout to Tony and the phenomenal service he provided getting correct paint primer, sealer, base coat, and clear for my car! He is super knowledgeable and a very hard working and efficient employee...rare these days!

rob was wonderful. when i went in there were 6 customers ahead of me and he got them in and out in no time. he was so helpful in getting me what i needed. he is a very nice and caring person, if you ever need help with anything go to rob!!

Good store. Their order online and pick up in store is slick. Fast. Zero complaints. I've used O'Reilly for years in many locations. My go to store for most parts.

Went to run to the store this morning (Labor Day) and barely got my car started, my husband had told me that my remote battery was running low but I hadn t fixed it yet. Being your average millennial I had no idea how to change the battery in my remote and drove to the Chevrolet dealership to have service fix it. Of course they were closed for the holiday. Stopped in here and a wonderful woman found the right battery and changed it out for me. She was my hero. I didn t happen to catch her name but she literally saved my day. Thanks for going above and beyond and providing such great customer service!

My husband, Doug, in desperation, went in to the store in hopes of finding a paint match for a Crestliner boat that he has been searching for for 6 months. Rob found a match in only 30 minutes! The boat has been painted and looks beautiful. Thanks, Rob

Just bought some headlight bulbs from here. I wound up purchasing the wrong ones, needed to exchange but front end of vehicle was torn apart. I called the store, the manager remembered me from earlier, store usually won't deliver to General public but manager went out of his way to deliver me the right part so I could get my truck back together. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with the O'Reilly auto parts on Vermillion street. I could not shift into Park. The shift cable was broken. The counter staff came out and got my card and id and rang it up and brought the cable to me. It was over the tol. customer service.

My battery died at work today. Stopped in to have it tested. John tested my battery told me it was shot. And swapped out my battery for me on this cold snowy eve (17�). He went above and beyond and im so grateful!

I go here for all my parts. When I need to Order when they dont have the part. Its usually in same day or early next morning.

Purple power doesn t work very well as laundry detergent it stained my white shirts but simple green works wonders on all those tough oil and grease stains

Unfortunately this location has a new manager and her name is Jordan. when i went in and asked for some help, She rolled her eyes and walked away! I find it very disrespectful and quite frankly if she is going to have an attitude like that, she really isn t the right girl for the job.

I was driving myself with my small kids and it was the closest place to stop when my car started acting weird. Not only did the employees help me, a customer did as well! They both went to get diagnostics and look under the hood in the freezing cold. Mike (employee) wrote down all the codes that came up for me. The customer happened to be a mechanic. They both went above and beyond to help me! Ten stars!
