Very helpful and patient employees. I didn t catch both names, but Jay and the other guy working were so helpful to me today- my wipers gave out in the rain and they put new ones on for me, even though they were a pain. Definitely a great local business.

My radiator hose busted as I was leaving work. I live in St. Paul, so there was no way I could make it home. Stopped in at Napa and showed them what I needed. They were more than helpful. I was able to change parts in the parking lot and get on my way. The customer service was outstanding!

The workers at Napa Auto Parts were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out fairly quickly and they answered all of questions I had about my part.

Went there to get a new car battery and the employee named Seth was so helpful. Not only was he very polite he offered to help change the battery and that s exactly what he did. Could not have had better service!!

Went to get a part for my husband. Very helpful and GREAT customer service from the younger guy working there tonight. The girl was very friendly as well. Sorry I didn t get either of their names. 6:00pm on 9/25/20.

I had a five-star experience with the Napa location in Hastings Minnesota. I was welcomed by the two gentlemen on staff that day. They assisted me in finding out the size of the headlight needed for my vehicle. They went above and beyond and helped replace the headlamp! I am so grateful I would recommend anyone to shop at Napa in Hastings Minnesota!

Ignorant staff, and an even worse manager. Bought the last jug of coolant and it was slightly damaged, so the sales person, rather than ordering me another one, told me i could return it if it started leaking. Long and behold, 2 months later after sitting in the corner of the shop it started leaking exactly from the spot of the previous damage. I brought it back in (Keep in mind this is a 10 dollar purchase) and the sales person looked at me as if i was lying. I had my receipt, and my card that i had purchased it with and he still looked at me as if i was trying to steal something. I then asked if there was a place to throw it away, he pointed his finger at the door and walked away. I also remember telling him to forward my experience along to a manager, who never called me back.Just imagine if i would have bought an exhaust system worth a thousand dollars from them...At the end of the day, they lost a potential lifetime customer over a 10 dollar jug of coolant. I will NEVER shop here again, and i recommend you don't either.

1st time at your store in Hastings, not my 1st time to Napa. Had everything I needed, even had a new gas can special ordered and showed up on time, as promised! Great experience for sure.

Well, you be the judge !there is a big sign outside the store "We sell paint", so I took my car there and the fellow matched the paint code and a sample paint chip to the actual car finish. The chip matched 100% !I get the paint and pay what the store ask for it and take it to a local paint shop to have two bumpers painted. Two days later, I get the bumpers back, only problem is, that paint did not match at all !So, I take one of the bumpers and the car and go back to the store and ask them what has happened. After everyone agreed, that is not the right color and the fellow makes numerous phone calls to other stores, I been told that it was not the right primer and the shop should have used the NAPA primer !OK, I was not told that I needed the NAPA primer but then again I also did not ask. So, I purchase the required primer and have to pay for the hardener but got the paint for the repaint for free ! I still had to pay the shop for there labor and Napa was saying: You should have used our primer !Giving all the material to the paint shop, the bumpers are painted with Napa primer and then painted with the new paint, all should be great, right ? WRONG ! Same thing happened again ! Same color as before and it sure did not match ! So, I go back to NAPA and ask what now ?this time a different fellow is telling me that I did not know what I was doing and that not everyone could start painting and that it is not the responsibility of NAPA. I explained that a shop that has been painting for more than 30 years did the work and that I do believe that NAPA gave me the wrong components ! I again had to pay the shop for there labor plus the paint that I paid NAPA for !I did requested that NAPA would refund me the money for the material at least ! I honestly believe that I should have gotten the money for the labor back also but I got nothing but being told that it is not there responsibility and that I have no right to ask for any money back !I do understand that things can go wrong and it does happen from time to time, we just try to eliminate these mistakes as much as possible, but the way I was treated was not right and was not the way business used to operate. I do not know about there other products, but paint do not get from there and expect a quality product and support !If there would be an option for a minus star, I would use that option !

The folks at Napa are always helpful, no matter what I need. Today they put new wiper blades on my car. This past fall they told me how to keep mice out of my camper AND IT WORKED!! Great group of guys!!

They re a great staff, Jason can help you with just about any oil or coolant problem you have. Nate and John can find just about any odd ball thing that nobody else can. Jesse is a wizard at finding those parts as well. And Aaron can assist you with any problem you have

They were not very helpful. They had many people working and I was the only customer. Waited a while for them to come to the counter. Would not assist in replacing my headlight.

My windshield wiper broke and they helped me with the correct one and installed it for me. Very helpful!!
