Okay place but I had to wait for the guy with a jeep to finish in the only stall that is over 8 ft. Of course he didn't need the larger stall. So while every stall here and down the road was open I still had to wait because my vehicle was 10 ft high.Equipment worked well but would have liked some kind of warning that the time was running out. Instead it just stopped.

Have been going to this car wash for years. Cheaper than everyone around and great customer service. Anytime I have an issue they call back quickly and have always made things right.

Great water pressure there. The soap is a good mixture where it does wash off with the water cycle. I would recommend going there

Bean washing my cars here for over 25 years , roughly 2-3 x a week for the last few years ..I alwsy leave it cleaner than. I find it and and even have picked up others garbage Last night after spending an hour cleaning garbage out my car and opened hood for to soak grease off motor checked my spark plugs , and wires. There was no one else waiting to wash there car .. even had a open stall !The owners came and just starring at me as I was just putting spray wond down and after starring at me like creeps less than 10 ft away , and they told men you almost done? Been hear over a hour and treating me like I was trashing the plac3, just starring at me n looking at me long time you been hear Although the guy in the opposite stall was there before me ! And still was when I left !!Unprofessional and felt very disrespected by them.

After spending $7.00 in the machine to do a full exterior wash, I will take my business to another self service wash to clean the vehicle where this one has lacked.The high pressure wash, is quite low and wasn't able to clean the dust off mud flaps or trim unless it was a couple inches away (and a waste of the time in the unit). This specific car wash is bit of a let down after using other self service car washes. The soap brush didn't foam or scrub very well, more due to the lack of soap than the quality of the bristles.I would not recommend if you would like to get your car cleaned as you'll be scrubbing your vehicle more due to the lack of water pressure in the soap wash and rinse grinding the dirt into your paint. I'll surely be going elsewhere next time around.I'm giving it two stars, because that's the quality of the unit. It did wash my vehicle, but left a large amount of debris present.Edit after feedback from company: It was definitely Magic Touch Self Service Car Wash. I had to put $7 in quarters to wash it off, meaning it took 17.5 minutes to get a mediocre wash. That's why I did such a detailed review to let others know about my recent experience.I've previously used this car wash, approximately 5 years ago when visiting family and didn't have the issues at that time. It could be that the equipment has deteriorated over time, but this post was made based on the current condition.

Beware that there is no timer, and appears to be no way to add time other than when purchased in 5 minute increments, I guess. Poor signage to this effect. There is a coin machine on premises. It works well I guess, but the coin system is not explained and sucks if you don't know how it works.

I really wanted this place to be good but it is not. I ve been here at least 6 times this winter. Twice I couldn t get in cause the doors were frozen! FROZEN! No other car wash in town has that problem, why do these guys? 3 times I was able to get in but I could only wash my vehicle once because the foam brush wouldn t work! I tried cycling the selector switch a few times, waited, nothing. So disappointing. And the change machine only works when it s wants to as well. One time, ONLY ONE TIME, was I able to actually wash my vehicle. I chose this place because as far as I know it s the only place in Hastings where I can bring my service vehicle and it fits inside. But the heat is pretty nonexistent, lighting is terrible so you can barely see what s going on. Whoever owns this place is sitting on a potentially great business but it needs some serious attention. Until then, I won t be coming back.

Upon accidentally discovering this wash driving home from buying my Newmar coach I noticed the big bay for large toys and had to turn around and check it out and I was glad I did! The "BIG" bay worked great for washing a 38 ft RV I was able to wash the first half and move it forward to get the back they also have a catwalk to spray the roof. These days its rare to find a self service wash which accommodates large vehicles. MINTY!!

Everything worked in the wash bay and they have a new change machine which worked great! I did not like how I was rushed, with people waiting behind me. But...it was nice because I believe this wash facility is very reasonably priced, especially considering you can wash and wax your vehicle here for the same price, or less, than a junky touchless gas station car wash!
