Corey was excellent. He listened to our needs and what we wanted. The whole experience was great. GM, Corey, detail staff all made the experience worth the drive. They also followed up the next day asking if the vehicle, purchasing/financing/delivery process met our expectations. Great place to do business with!

We had a splendid experience with Hastings Chrysler center yesterday. Our first time buying a mini van from them. The entire crew from beginning to end was excellent. We were on a tight budget and we couldn't purchase a vehicle anywhere but, this dealership made it possible for my family. I really appreciate what was impossible, they made it possible! Thank you Hastings Chrysler center!!!! We are happy!!!!

I unfortunately found myself in a position where I needed to buy a new vehicle. The sunroof in my old vehicle was stuck in the open position. The guys in the service department tried their best and then some to fix it but at the end of the day were unable to do so. The cost to actually fix it, which would have been replacing the whole thing was rediculously expensive, sooooo, I opted for a different vehicle. Let's face it, vehicles are expensive and it's kind of scary to buy one. Corey, however, made this experience rather fun. We laughed and joked about everything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at and helped me pick the best vehicle for more me. At the end of the day, I walked away with the vehicle I wanted. The actual transaction went very smoothly. I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Thank you Corey for taking your time to get me into my vehicle. I know it was a long day for both of us but at the end of it all I think we were both very happy with the result!

What an awful experience! Leased one vehicle- drive train went out twice! (Jeep is currently sitting on the lot and they are not disclosing the drive train issues!) Sold us a van that they also did not disclose issues with! They have zero respect or integrity for their customers! Stay away from this dealership and their vehicles!We brought our vehicle concerns to Fury in Inver Grove Heights and they were appalled that Hastings Chrysler allowed us to drive the vehicle off their lot let alone purchase it. They do not operate on integrity instead they take advantage of those who are not experts in their field. Sam Polsfuss is a rude and dishonest salesman. Please save yourself the headache and stress and go elsewhere!!!!

Buying the car was an ok at best experience. The sales guy tried but he wasn't trained and couldn't answer a lot of my questions. Finance guy was easy and pleasant to deal with. However, two hours after purchasing the car the check engine light came on. I contacted my sales person right away. I was told I needed to pay the diagnostic fee at $200. I said, I've owned the car for 2 hours. I was told you signed for the car so it's your responsibility for the fee. And if I brought it into their shop, paid the fee then they might possibly look into what they could maybe do but not likely. I already felt taken advantage of and I believe their service shop is just as crooked so there was no way i was bringing it there. After taking it to a real mechanic, the exhaust manifold was cracked, needed new o2 sensors, no oil in it and was lucky it didn't seize even though they told me and the sticker said I was good for a long time, also needed a new catalytic converter. But somehow it passed a reconditioning inspection. I quickly understood why I was blown off after asking several times to see the inspection. I have never gotten a return phone call from their general manager. Because a world class customer experience would have been them taking care of it given i had owned it for two hours.Worst customer experience I have ever had!!!! After talking to several other people this is normal business for them.

Amanda has been amazing! She spent a ton of time with me when I first thought about making a change in vehicles. She then stayed in touch for over a year until it was the right time for me. When I did come in she was busy with another customer but introduced me to Yue who then took over. He showed me plenty of options and walked me through the details of each car. He even took me to a sister shop to find what I was really looking for!They both took the time to listen to what I was looking for and were able to help me find the perfect car for me! Just purchased a Grand Cherokee with the help of David Walsh, overall it was a good experience, he took all the time we needed to make the right choice, and was not pushy at all, very polite, and receptive to our questions and needs. Wade the business manager was a pleasure to work with as well, Would recommend shopping here!!

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great car at a great price. Shawn did a phenomenal job finding me a beautiful car that I absolutely love. I'm extremely indecisive and had to take it on 4 different consecutive test drives; Shawn was very patient with me, which I had not expected. He was very truthful with what he thought would be a good fit for me and very up front with what he thought wouldn't be.My parents have purchased Jeeps from this location for several years and that is why I initially had to check it out- they recommend these guys too! While waiting for my car to be buffed and cleaned, Shawn personally took my moms Jeep (parked out front) through the car wash, completely complimentary. Again, I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend talking to Corey or Jordan! Both were very knowledgeable, kind and patient as we worked through purchase. They both clearly know thier cars!! Steve in finance was fantastic as well. He took the time to go through everything so we felt very comfortable with our purchase. I went in with a budget in mind and they worked to make it happen.I left in my new to me vehicle feeling like I knew this team of people and could call with any questions.This will definitely be our first choice when purchasing a vehicle.

Service department customer care is awful. I bought my Jeep in 2018 and have had every single maintenance item they ve recommended done here, in order to comply with the warranty I purchased. I ve had all good experiences until recently. It seems in the last 8 months they ve added a new service manager who should not be dealing with people! Most recently I was in for a $500 service he had recommended prior (in addition to an oil change and tire rotation). When I picked up my car, it now had a new error message that did not exist when I dropped it off. He assured me that they were no where near the rear of the car so they could not have caused this new issue, which he thought could be a loose wire. I m not entirely sure how they managed to not do anything in the rear with a 4x4 service, tire rotation and oil change. He said I would need to pay the $180 diagnostic fee and they had an appointment available in 2 weeks. It s unacceptable to have to leave the service department with a new problem, and without them being willing to accept it could be something they caused. We will definitely be taking our cars and future business elsewhere.

This place screws you bought a van find out a week later rear hatch is crooked after going through there inspection and they can do nothing for usTells us it s are problem maybe we should of looked at van betterWorst customer service everBrought it to Wayne s auto body right next door and they will not even touch it they couldent believe it was sold that way

Steve Keiser of Hastings Chrysler really went above and beyond to make sure my purchase of a new car went as I hoped. Everyone there took the time to make sure everything was right the first time. Thanks y'all. I love my new ride unfortunately since I bought the car I have discovered several discrepancies including having been sold with rotors so bad that they literally broke trying to get them off.

Leasing my last 2 vehicles here has been a fantastic experience! The sales people are so kind, friendly and considerate. They listen, work through all options possible for you and make sure you are happy with your selection. Also the service for maintenance or repair has always been awesome, they take care of you as your a friend.

I arrived to Hastings Chrysler in a hand-me-down, all-custom rust bucket with a dream and no hope of actually upgrading to something safer and more reliable. I actually bet against myself. Amanda made my experience painless and turned my dream into a reality I would definitely recommend and will be going back myself for any future purchases!!

My son was in the market for his first car. He didn't want our help and wanted to pay for it by himself. He's been working for it after all, but we were skeptical we could find a car that he could afford. Our job at this point was to help make the decision with some basic car knowledge and test driving experience.We happened upon Hastings Chrysler looking online for a car he could afford. The 2007 Grand Prix was under $2000, unheard of these days, so I called and was pleasantly greeted by Bryan from the sales floor. My first words were "does it run?". After a bit of a chuckle, Bryan admitted it was just in and he didn't know much, but was sure it ran. He would go check while we were on our way from St. Paul.They buying experience was fantastic. A quick test drive, kick of the tires, hand shake and some paper-work and we were on our way. Each staff member we worked with from Bryan in sales to the title/ payment guy in the back (sorry I didn't get his name) were excited for and made the buying experience good for our son.Thank you for the kind service, awesome buying experience and personal touch. We will be back.

I just bought a car here with my sister and I was so happy with the service we received. Our salesperson David was amazing before we even met him. He communicated with me via email and phone and answered all my questions. When we got there and test drove the car we came to see, we decided it wasn't for us and there was no awkward pressuring. We asked if he had anything else in our price range and eventually picked a beautiful Hyundai Senata. And then the paperwork came. He worked through every step with us, considering we didn't have our insurance cards or proof of employment or pretty much anything we needed with us. We got it all virtually to him and he worked out our financing. But the most amazing thing this man did, at 7 o'clock at night, in -5 degrees with a -15 windchill was help my sister get bags and clothes and dishes out of her old vehicle and into her new one. Well above and beyond what was expected of him. The customer service was truly amazing here and I highly recommend them if your looking for a new or used vehicle. When it's my turn for a new car I will be going back.

While I had positive experience with Hastings Chrysler Center when I purchased my Jeep from Alex Beard, who is pleasant to deal with, I was at first disappointed with their Service Department, which gave me a whole bundle of fluid changes they call the 4x4 service, when I needed only one fluid changed. So, I gave them a 1-star rating initially. However, after posting the original review, getting a response from Bart of their Customer Service, discussing the situation with him over the phone and him agreeing to refund the services I thought I was not supposed to get, I would like to give a more neutral rating of 4 stars for their Service Department, given that their Customer Service seems to be trying hard to resolve issues. If you use Hastings Chrysler's Service Department, just be cautious when accepting repairs or maintenance that their service advisors recommend: ask to explain what exactly would be done and why before agreeing to the work to be performed.
