Bought a used pickup from Hastings Ford, great sales experience. Paul did a great job. Found a couple issues that needed attention on the pickup when I got it home(was used, to be expected). Brought the pickup back, VP Dan Plank ensured the repairs were taken care of and made everything right with my purchase. Highly recommend Hastings Ford, they will take care of you!

Took 4 hours to purchase a vehicle and it wasn't busy at allThe used car manager ( her) was not pleasant to work with to say the least. She acted like it was a huge job to have my vehicle delivered when it states in there add pick up and delivery available. I don't recommend this business because of her attitude.

Late post but I would like to give a shout out to Allen Spear and Aaron. Spent months searching car dealerships all across the country searching for the perfect Bronco. I found that match 1200 miles away and immediately inquired. Allen reached out to me the following morning and immediately went to work on closing the deal as well as going above and beyond sending me a video tour of the vehicle and all the teachers.Arron with finance made the finance process as smooth as possible and made it one of the easiest purchases I ve ever made and got me a deal that no other dealer came close to.Purchaseing a car can be a headache and when doing it 1200 miles away that can be quite nerve racking but Allen and Aaron made it easy and smooth as can be as well as documented the entire pick up when my auto transport arrived. They made sure I got my Bronco in flawless condition. Hands down the best auto experience I ve ever had and I can t thank them enough!

Just had my vehicle serviced at this location at the beginning of weeks. Super friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Jenny she was so helpful right from the start. They didn't have the right bolt to align my tire completely but assured me they would be able to complete it when the part came in. Great experience and would absolutely use again and recommend!

The people were extremely hard to work with other than the new employee that was a trainee working with the established employee that sold us the vehicle. We had a good experience with the warranty / financing employee. We were low balled, extremely, on our trade-in. Thank God we did our research and had our vehicle estimated at numerous other dealerships prior. We were offered thousands less than what our vehicle was worth and what other dealerships were offering us. They also claimed that they were going to fix the trade-in completely up and that it would cost thousands. Later we saw the vehicle for sale with none of the fixes repaired. Sold as is. They are not humble or genuine and we're not able to keep promises and deals that were communicated prior to signing paperwork. The one salesman would not allow you to talk for more than a couple of seconds before talking over you. He was completely rude and arrogant. My husband is a very calm and level-headed person and he managed to frustrate and anger. He just continued repeating the same thing over and over again as we tried to explain to him the issues and work through the disagreements. We had to talk to other people in order to get it figured out because he would not let us talk. They agreed to fix the windshield on the vehicle we purchased and I ended up having to go through my own insurance company to get this windshield fixed because they made it such a difficult process. Even claimed that the person coming to fix the windshield was a fraud trying to steal my money even though they were the ones that scheduled this person to come out all because this person agreed that it needed a windshield replacement and not just a spot fix. These people will deflect anything you say and do anything to make themselves look better, even if it involves lying.Save yourself the time and the energy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

5 star service department. I live out of town and had a window that wouldn't go back up. Driving back to KC would have been a problem! Service understood my problem and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND one of my top 2 customer service experiences.

The key of this dealer having success is great salesman and Dan Plank. We bought a platinum Ford Explorer that had prior damage I found during the first two weeks - that hasn t been disclosed on the auto report (not the dealers fault). Once I found prior pictures of the car on a google search I no longer felt safe with the car and the dealer couldn t provide details of the repairs (where they were done, by ford, did the airbags have hammers in them now?). Instead of telling me it s my problem, Dan Plank helped us get a new 2022 Ford Explorer XLT (not at all what we wanted or came to buy - still disappointing) so we could have a safe vehicle and helped us navigate the nightmare of swapping a recently bought used vehicle out for a new one. After 5-6 visits to the dealer to get everything figured out we finally took home our new Explorer. The main concern for me was having a safe vehicle for my pregnant wife and future baby.My trade in vehicle ended up going down to Florida where the person who bought it drove through tolls with my old MN plates. I sent these toll tickets to the dealer and they paid them - only due to Dan Plank - no one else was helpful after multiple calls and messages. Needless to say if you re trading in a vehicle here - remove your plates! If we return here it ll only be to work with Dan Plank and if he leaves we ll go to whatever dealer he works at.Bottom line: I would buy a new car here but not a used one.

The staff here, whether I am speaking to them via phone or in person, is incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely care about giving you the best service. I just had my car detailed for an extremely low price. I felt like I sat into a brand new vehicle. Bruce even called me before starting the detailing to see if I wanted any additional service, and how much that would cost. So there is a lot of transparency at this dealership and in the service department. Nothing hidden or surprising when I paid. I also drive two fleet vehicles and they have taken excellent care of both of them and leave no stone unturned when it comes to recalls and thoroughly checking out the vehicles.Thank you. You have a repeat customer.

After talking to Dan Plank about the noise of exterior loudspeaker he agreed to try to remedy the problem in our neighborhoods. I'm happy to report a very peaceful and quiet 2 weeks. Thank you Dan for being a man of your word .... we all hope the quiet continues!

We recently purchased a used Ford F-150 from Hastings Automotive and had a very positive experience. Carlos was assigned to us and he was really great to work with when we first inquired and when we arrived at the dealership. He was very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. Gary helped us find the best rate and made the financing and paperwork signing process painless and fun. This is how buying a used car should be and we would defiantly go back there again.

We recently completed the purchase of a brand new Ford Bronco Sport at Hastings Ford and wanted to share our experience. We worked with Zach, who is probably the most chill salesman I've worked with. He was a pleasure to go through the process with. He was knowledgeable about the product, low-pressure, and helpful during the negotiation process. In the end, he helped us get a deal we were comfortable with. If you are around the twin cities, I strongly suggest a trip to Hastings for your new car purchase. It was really nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the dealerships closer to home, to get a bit more attention and a less rushed process. Thanks to everyone - we'll be back.

I started my car search online but decided to take a peak at this dealership. I found a couple lovely SUVs but wasn t sold on either. I checked out other dealers that were overpriced in comparison to Hastings Ford. A day after my visit my car salesman, Sam, reached out to say he had another SUV that might interest me. I ended up coming back & leaving with a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium the same day, glad he was my salesman!Update- I bought a second vehicle from Sam! Another round of other dealers that couldn t compare.

I originally considered Line x. But. The local dealership was 400$ less per job. I worked with Bruce who gave me info on his products was flexable too my schedule and even gave me a lift back too home while i waited and after it was done. They were fast and cheerful. I even had a few spots i wanted extra product on and it was no issue to go back and add some under body coat n rust stop were i wanted. All in great exp. I will bring them more vehicles.

I can t speak highly enough for the team here at Hastings Auto. Zero pressure and a joy to shop here. Salesmen Carlos and Sam are truly professional through and through. I ve now purchased three vehicles from them and won t be purchasing from anywhere else. I bought a van I'm happy to receive a vehicle. After a lot of searches it was during covid supply and demand was not easy...But when I received the vehicle...I've received a treatment that was very bad...And I overpaidAnd they promised to give me the money back.It only took about six monthsAnd a special drive to ask for mySo overall it is like life good and bad...It's a little bit disappointmentThat the experience of buying a vehicleIs that a hundred percent good.After all you don't buy a vehicleEveryday.

Zach and Alan were the best. Not only did they help me figure out how to get my car home, they gave me a loaner car cause my car needed a blower motor as it went out right as I finished purchasing the vehicle. Go figure. But at no charge to me I was able to get it fixed and have a car to get home.
