In October I dropped my car off at 8 am. I did not receive a call back when my vehicle was ready. When I biked over in the evening they reported to me the diagnostic read, said it would cost me an exorbitant amount of money to repair and that the part they needed to replace couldn't be found anywhere in the country.Two weeks were spent revisiting the issue, troubleshooting with "Got Brakes" staff, but I was only faced with continued delays and broken promises.Finally, I set up an appointment with an auto shop down the road who managed to find and replace the part in about 24hrs.I don't plan to trust the staff at Got Brakes with my vehicle (or my financial resources) again.

The duo at Got Breaks was amazing. Very honest and helpful. Thought I had a huge proven on my hand as it was an older car with a lot of miles but turns out just need some new wires and spark plugs. Was so appreciative of the way I was treated and the speed of the service. I highly recommend and they will be my new go to for any repairs in the future.

Very happy with the friendliness, honesty and customer service of this place! We live 3 minutes walking distance so it's great to know there's a 5 star reputable auto repair shop so close! We moved from Pennsylvania and needed a great place to get my brakes done. Will use this place again. 10/10 recommend!

Every interaction I've had here has been fantastic. Sean wants to not only help, but make sure the issue you are experiencing is fixed for good. Their prices for work being done is more than fair.

Best mechanic in Hastings hands down! Sean and Korie do great work, and know their stuff. Honest mechanics who won't try to up-sell you parts that you're car doesn't need. I won't go anywhere else

Good, hard-working mechanic. I had a brake issue which Sean explained thoroughly. He gave me options and the repercussions and I was able to keep my vehicle in service without costing me and arm and a leg. I'll be back.
