great prices, great attitude, wonderful work. not very big, so it might take a while to get your car done. mine was done in just two days, including ordering the parts. I am really happy.

I will never use your business again, I talked to Eric and I felt like what I said to him about my car didn't matter at all. Good luck with future overpriced oil changes and trying to up sell people to things they don't need.

I always give them the benefit of the doubt by letting them bid a project first as they are locally owned. They are always 10-20% higher than everywhere else, had to quit going because all prices were equally higher across the board and the service provided wasn t any better for the increase cost.

My wife swears by this place. I do not. Went to get my locks fixed. And they did, but the 'fix' lasted a whole day and they wanted to charge me again for them to 'fix' it again. Also had a leaky seal, they were trying to convince me to buy them a manufacturer specific tool, so they could do the fix. I'm not sure if this is common practice or not, but it wasn't the best experience for me. I'm pretty sure my bad experience was do to the issues on my car. But for two things that weren't resolved I feel I way overpaid. But they are quick and relatively nice guys, seem to be pretty honest to. Their hours are limited.

Best place to take your car in town. This is the one I trust the most in town. In the past there were other good shops, but if you want it done by people with lots of experience, trustworthy, fairly priced, 24 month 24,000 mile warranty, that actually know what they are doing. So if you want it done right. This is the place.

Called earlier in the morning after blowing out a tire the night before. They talked through options with me and looked at my existing tires to help make the best decision. Had two new tires installed that afternoon. Fair pricing and friendly.

Downtown Tire and Auto has been our mechanic in Hastings for the past ten years. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are trustworthy and do great work. My Father-in-Law was a mechanic in Hasings for 30 years and this is where he brings all his vehicles for service.

Very Honest. Great Service. Friendly. Extremely accommodating and unlike all the other service centers, you get what you need, when you need it, and at the price you were quoted. Best of all no BS

i ve been going here for years totally trust the staff. Before i started going i had taken my van to another place they listed all this stuff i needed done. went to them for second opinion. they pointed out what needed done now, a few things that could wait, and some stuff that didn t need done at all that other place said did. Been going there for at least 10 years now.

These guys do a great job. Very solid mechanics, honest work, and honest pricing.My rear brakes were locking up and sounded horrible. I went in thinking they would need to replace pads, but instead they were honest and said they only needed some sanding a minor adjusting. Spent $50 instead of $300 and they have been great the last 6 months.I also had my vehicle at AA Auto in Hastings around 5 times for leaking coolant (before I knew about Downtown T&A). They (AA Auto) were unable to fix the problem. I finally went to Downtown T&A, and they found the leak right away and replaced my radiator. Nothing beats getting the job right the first time.I won't go anywhere else for vehicle maintenance.

The only shop that I take my car to anymore. Honest mechanics (which is very rare) and good prices. Never once had a problem with the work that they have done. Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.
