I can almost always get an oil change right away. They're honest about the whole "your furnace filter is dirty" thing. They're fast.

Paul & the crew here were absolutely fantastic!!!! They answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the entire process. I am from Hastings, but live in South Saint Paul. I just happened to be visiting my friend in town and stopped here for my oil & air filter to be changed. I will continue to travelto this location from now on! Thank you all so much!

Pros:- Extremely efficient. Oil & Filter Change was about 15 minutes tops. Assuming the bay is open.- No appointment needed.- Friendly Staff! Gave my 3 year old an extra cookie an employee brought in.- Limited Service Offerings. They do a couple things great. Period. After all, a jack of all trades is a master of none.- Extras. Included a quick vacuum, wiper fluid, and a car wash.- Price. $60(ish) for a Synthetic Blend.Cons:- Limited Service Offerings. If you want just an oil change or other minor items, I 100% recommend it. However any more complex mechanical issues you want checked out as well, look elsewhere. Which is not a knock at them at all, that's just not their business model.- Occasionally can have a few cars waiting in line. Given how efficient they are it usually goes quick but definitely could wait a bit. Run an errand and swing by later to check it out.Overall: Local business. Convenient. Priced fairly. Recommended giving them a try!

Terrible service , Pulled up to get my oil changed on Saturday at 11:45 and someone came out and said they were going to lunch and would be back at 1:30 to change my oil on a Saturday and they all need to take lunch at the same time for a hour and a half

They damaged my truck, then denied doing it, I pulled in with my skidplate in tact and pulled out with it in my box. They refuse to address the issue and I'll never return again.

We had an Awesome experience at Crossroads!!We got the oil changed everything topped off, tire pressure checked, they even vacuumed the car and gave us a free car wash!!! Prices are really good too. We were literally in and out in 15 minutes. I recommend this place to anybody who is in a time crunch and want quality work done! Thank you

I went here for the first time today. I was very impressed and happy with my overall experience. Very reasonable rates, fast service, and the young guys working there were very polite and professional. I will definitely be going back here for all my oil changes.

Friendly and fast you don't get that very often and show you your oil level. And clean location and smell's Good too they even give you a car wash with your oil change that was most impressive I would recommend it to everyone even if you don't live in Hastings it's Worth a Lil drive.. Great job and special Thanks to Alex for excellent customer service skills friendly..........

I went in for a simple oil change and it turned into me having to take my vehicle to a dealership to redo the oil change and replace the gasket. I was told it was leaking and had to have been screwed on so tight for it to break, causing the issue. This was the only place I have taken my vehicle to this summer as a result of not driving due to Covid. So no question this place did it.. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. I asked for the basic oil and they charged me for the premium which is 72 dollars! My fault for not checking the receipt before I left, but it felt very slimey and dishonest they wouldn't mention the price when having me sign. I would avoid the place at all cost. Plenty of dealerships in Inver Grove with $40 oil changes snd better service with no upsell.Service: Oil change

Great customer service, very friendly, quick service, and they do a great job! The full service oil change includes a lot of great services. They check and fill all fluids and tires, they vacuum, and they give you a car wash. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2014 Subaru Impreza wrx in for an oil change. For less than 80 dollars with tax I recieved an full synthetic oil change, fluid top off, tires brought to proper air pressure, interior vacuumed, and a free car wash. The car wash removed about 90 percent of the dead bugs from my front end, which is awesome! Everyone was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. Would definitely bring my vehicle back.

I cannot express my level of gratitude for this company.. Due to the loss of my husband recently, They helped me out in a major way that I cannot repay them for. I am forever grateful for what they did today, my family van is running top notch now and I cannot help but cry tears of joy for the first time since the loss of my husband. Thank you all at Shell for your help today. I will never go elsewhere for my vehicle services
