Very honest, quality work. I was worried about what was wrong with my car and how much it was going to cost me. They gave me a quote and said they couldn't let me know more until they got beyond the part they knew needed to be replaced. Ended up being less than they quoted because they didn't have to replace a part they thought they would. Very happy with the honesty and the work they do. Will be a life long customer.

I called Brandon in a panic because my check engine light came on for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and I was heading on a road trip the next day. Brandon got me in within an hour and identified the reason for the check engine light and cleared it within 30 minutes. Him and his staff explained it very plainly and in a friendly way. Even going so far as to show me why it went off so I can check that the next time it went off. (capless gas cap had build-up that triggered the sensor)If you have an engine problem, do not hesitate, call Brandon and his team at Carlson Auto and he'll get you taken care of!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have taken my car here a couple times and they are always professional and straightforward.I needed new tires and called several places for a quote. They were by FAR the best price. And their work is very well done.I m very pleased with them and won t be taking my car anywhere else.

Got new tires, break job, and oil change. They had it all done in a few hours and prices were reasonable. They called right after I dropped it off with the estimate, and were upfront about costs. I plan to use them again next time.

I'll be bringing my vehicle here from now on. Their prices are very reasonable and they didn't make any unnecessary repairs. The last time I was there, I was quoted $175 to repair the problem and they were able to fix the problem and only charge me $95. They also fixed a rattling noise that I didn't even mention to them and that was also included in the $95. I was very happy with their service.

Carlson Auto is beyond a doubt the very best place to take your car or truck for service in the Hastings area. Your vehicle will be properly diagnosed and fixed correctly at a very fair price. Don t waste your time and hard earned dollars by going elsewhere. There is a reason why he has been running a successful business for so many years. Steve and his mechanics are the best!!!

Shortly after moving to Hastings I needed to find a good car mechanic right away that I could trust and rely on because I used my own vehicle for my job.A friend recommended Carlsons and I have been there ever since. I drive 5 to 6 hrs. a day out on rough dirt roads which is so very hard on a vehicle and they have always been there for me with speedy service, very reasonable prices and not recommending work for me to have done that really isn't necessary.I will be retiring soon and after relying on them for about 16 yrs. now I have never really wanted to go any where else.I feel so very lucky to have found this business that has been so important to me , don"t know what I would have done without them .I bought my current truck from them and at 324,000 miles shes still goin strong. I hope to find my next vehicle through them also.Thank you Steve and all of the great mechanics that work for you every day, see you next oil change

Carlson Auto Trick Inc. is my go-to auto shop if I am not able to fix it myself, or if I do not have access to the tools I need. They have treated me with fair prices since I was in high school driving around my first beater. Knowledgeable and seemingly one of the only shops not out to gouge you for every last dollar. This shows in their schedule, busy busy. They are resonably priced and the owner backs up their work. Wont fix things you dont want fixed at the time. Have been a customer over 10 years. Best place to take a leak in town!
