Traveled from Arkansas to Minnesota, had some trailer hub issues, Mitch was able to get me in right away and get the issues repaired in a very timely manner. Highly recommend for any auto needs.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Our son purchased a vehicle from them 3-4 weeks ago and the brakes are metal to metal. They assured him that if the brakes were under 50% remaining, they would have been replaced during the inspection. Well, they obviously weren't! We hope they make this right but my guess is they won't. Update!!! Just herd from the owner and guess what? He won't stand behind his mechanics inspection.

Great customer service, best price you can find. I just bought a Nissan Rogue 2019 and it was exactly as pictured. The paper work was smooth and quick, I have nothing to complain about. I d definitely recommend KNH Autos!

My Mazda came up online after weeks of searching, even though it was listed for over 100 days, it had somehow slipped through my search parameters. Well, my business owner and I literally found it at the same time and it felt like kismet the rest of the way!! Kelly and his wife are amazing folks, so spending a few hours there to seal the deal, flew by like spending time with old friends. In fact, my friend that brought me out to get the vehicle hung out most of the time and felt just a welcomed during his experience, as well! I've owned my trusted steel beast for over a year, and it's been better than expected! I realized I forgot to review until now, because Kelly reached out to me with my extra key and is dropping it in the mail!! Now that is great service! 10/10

What a truly great car buying experience! Everything was ready for us when we got there. Any little thing that was wrong with the car was pointed out to us (and there wasn t much) even the fact that one of the tires was slightly more worn than the other three (I hadn t noticed that). The service history was shown to us including stuff we wouldn t have found with an online search. Complete honesty, nothing hidden that s not easy to find nowadays. Great car at a great price. KNH Autos is a car dealer you can trust, and I will be checking their inventory the next time I need another car.

Inquired about a car I was interested in a few weeks ago. Another buyer had already put a deposit down on it. I figured I had missed my chance but asked to be contacted if the sale fell through. About a week later I received a text stating that it was available again. Worked with Kelly via text and email over the week on the sale details. He agreed to meet Sat morning even though KNH was not open. Took the car for a test drive, breezed through the paperwork and signatures and away I went. Would definitely recommend KNH based on my experience.

I brought in my vehicle for brakes and an oil change. Kelly was very helpful about working around my schedule, which allowed me to collect my vehicle on a Saturday. I found the total cost for parts and services to be reasonable. Kelly was very friendly with good customer service. I will be keeping them in mind for any future repairs.

So we had my son's car towed to KNH, our regular auto mechanic shop. We stopped by to say hi to Kelly and the crew and check on when the car would be done. We were all set to car shop that day, but instead we never left KNH. Purchased a nice Lincoln MKX from them with a great aftermarket warranty. Kelly's honesty and knowledge are priceless. Working with his mechanic Mitch has been a joy as well, everything is always upfront and as discussed. I would highly recommend KNH to anyone looking to have their car serviced, have auto body work done or purchasing a used automobile. Integrity is something hard to find in today's world but KNH has it.

It was a very pleasant experience. You go to some of these car lots and deal with a personality most of the time but Kelly was genuinely kind and sincere. Open to questions, and flexible as well.10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a great car.

I purchased a vehicle from this place. First time I put gas in it the check engine and vsc light came on. I called and I was instructed to bring it back and they would check it. So I m an hour away. I do bring it back. I m informed the catalytic converters need replacing. They find an aftermarket pair on eBay. I m told I have to pay half. $200 later. I pick up the vehicle. As soon as I put gas in, again the lights. To make the story short, 3 trips hour both ways, I ended up taking it to my mechanic. It was determined the right side sensor for the catalytic converter was put in cross threaded. After being corrected the lights went out. KNH had replaced the sensor prior to replacing the converters. Now I believe the converters never needed to be replaced, but when I called KNH to inform him. He didn t offer the pay half to fix their mistake. Nor to reimburse for buying new converters that most likely were not needed. I was informed though that the person who replaced the sensors and converters did have issues installing it.

I had an amazing experience with KNH Autos. After contacting them concerning the Hyundai, I brought in a car to be detailed that had been sitting in a rotting garage for almost two years and it was disgusting. Gratefully, they did everything they could to get the horrible smell out of it, as well as remove all stains. The car might as well be good as new. They did a fantastic job, and I was very pleased with the service. If you want things done right and people you can trust, go to KNH autos!

Today we bought a used car that I had been eyeing for a few days. We have been customers at KNH Auto repair shop for a few months and knew that their customer service was stellar. We were not disappointed in their car sales, either. Kelly took time to answer all of our questions, never pressured us into anything, and thoroughly explained the paperwork that comes with buying a vehicle. The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I would recommend KNH Auto to anyone looking for car repairs or for those who are looking for their next vehicle. I was very frustrated after taking my Honda Odyssey to the Honda dealership and receiving a quote for repairs that was outrageously high. After talking to Kelly at KNH I was confident they would be completely honest about what needed to be repaired and do the work at a fair price. I was definitely right! KNH competed the core repairs that needed to be done and determined the additional, extensive work the dealership quoted me did not. The communication was amazing throughout the process and the work was high quality.

Overall a helpful and service-oriented purchase of used vehicle and repairs to same vehicle. Brake work that was performed and paid for did not remove the shimmy in the braking system... shop staff made an educated guess it was the back pads and rotors, but the shimmy is still there so it must have been the front. Could happen to anyone, would still do business with these helpful folks and recommend them to others.
