My car had been hit in my work parking lot on the rear drivers side right before winter. Even though it looked to be pretty minimal damage$2500) you know what MN winter can do to a car rust wise. My car looks brand new! The paint matches exactly, the gas door stays shut, the bumper is lined up perfectly & even over Christmas they had it done & returned to me in days!! I am so impressed with them! They talked to insurance, had rental car ready and it s PERFECT! Thank you so much Bert s!

Bert's was very fast with a body repair to the rear of my Ford F-150 from being rear-ended. The front office staff are very helpful and understand insurance settlements can take time. The body shop workers are hard working and enjoy what they do. I am very happy with how the results were and would go back to Bert's in the future if needed. I highly recommend going to Bert's for any autobody repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bert's Auto Body did amazing work after an accident. All the stuff they worked on you can't even tell its been in an accident! I'd rate them higher if I could.Bert is a great guy and business owner who stands by his work and his word, I was thoroughly impressed by the fact that the business owner is right down on the floor with all the rest of his employees, taking care of customers directly, and each time I stopped by the shop from the initial damage assessment down to dropping off the vehicle he was diligently working on vehicles. No offense, but I hope I never need your services again, but if I do you'll be the first one I call. Thanks again!

My dad drove my truck into a fence post and messed up my box on the passenger side and they did an amazing job on it looks like new!!! They keep you updated and very easy to talk to and I highly recommend them thanks again bert!!!!

I brought my car there because I put a pretty nasty dent in the drivers side front, and back door. When I first got there everyone was super nice. They explained to me the process of what was going on. Gave me a great deal. The work they did fixing my car was incredible. Couldn't even tell that it was in a accident. I was so happy. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definitely comeback if i need anymore work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got in an accident on 1-35 heading north and got in an accident due to bad weather, and my car was totaled after hitting the guard rail. I managed to get my car off the highway using the exit in Harris Minnesota. I was in a unfortunate position having no where to go and keep my car. Lucky for me, Bert s Auto Body was a few blocks down the road and did a fantastic job. We gave them a call and they came and towed my car and stored it on their lot while I figured out where to take it to get scrapped. Bert and the other employees were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective auto body shop in the area!

Bert's Auto Body did a wonderful job repairing my truck after a deer ran into it on my way up north. I was extremely happy with the quality of work performed by him and his staff but just as important the communication his team provided was excellent. They kept me up to date with scheduling and planned completion dates allowing me to get items on my end in order. My Denali was hit in my driveway from my Daughter with her new license took out the entire tail light smashed bumper dented quarter panel I called 3 businesses in Cambridge and they were all busy due to all the hail damage that happened so they were backed up almost 2 months out I couldNot drive due to my tail light being completely smashed out. I called Bert s and explained what happened and told him no one in Cambridge was available. He responded bring it in we will take care of it for you. The customer service was excellent they dealt with my insurance company entirely love the job they did and would highly recommend any one to this business in the future. Bert's Auto Body was referred to us by a friend. Shamefully, the husband dameged the tailgate of his brand new truck, and our son had too much fun "playing" in the snow. Two out of pocket repairs over Christmas. The staff was great, repairs were completed on time and billed as agreed. Nice to have a local body shop nearby we can trust. A must when you have a son!, and husband!

Very happy with Bert s job on an unconventional repair job. I brought my damaged boat trailer in for repair looking for a reasonably-priced repair that got things functional again. He didn t disappoint! Two days, a few hours of bending, welding, and painting later, my trailer looks great!I used Bert s shop a few years ago to repair some minor damage to a van and was happy with the results.

Brought our car here after a collision with a deer. The service was beyond excellent. Great communication, great work and done ahead of schedule. Don t think I ll go anywhere else if I (hopefully don t) need them.

I had a big dent in my hood and they took great care of me and my car. They put the customer first and wanted the best for the customer, both in price and quality of care. I would recommend this company to anyone with auto body needs!!

Bert had done some body wk on my daughter's car in the past & 7yrs later it still looks great so when I was in need of body wk I looked for him, he had moved locations, I found him in Harris, it's nice when you trust where your going. I dropped my car of on Fri & was given a 6-7 day return. They let me use their loaner car but due to my disability I had some issue w/it. Bert heard this & LITERALLY went WAY out of his way to get me my car back. They got my car done on Tue. WOW!!! I can't express enough my gratitude to him & his whole team, AMAZING people. It looks amazing as I knew it would. THANK YOU BERT & TEAM, from the receptionist, to the painter, the parts man & every one there!!I used you in the past, now the present & if I ever need wk again, I will be coming to you in the future!! Your WHOLE team is amazing, kind & considerate, thoughtful & caring. I will DEFINITELY be telling everyone & sending friends, family & strangers your way. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I went to Bert's for an insurance claim after hitting a deer. They got me in right away and were very professional. Communication was good throughout the whole process as they kept me updated on my car from the start. I recommend Bert's and would go to them again if I ever needed to. Hit a deer? Bring it here! Bert and his staff did an amazing job fixing my truck. They took the time to not only fix it beyond my satisfaction but they even cleaned and polished it for me. They provided me a loaner vehicle while mine was being fixed. The staff kept me posted during the process and walked me through everything from start to finish. So easy to refer. Please tell your friends that if they want an outstanding experience to bring their vehicle to Bert and his staff!Thank you so very much!CA

I brought my wife's vehicle in for an insurance claim estimate, I spoke to Laura a few times She is so very kind, friendly and knowledgeable! They were quick to get the vehicle in and get the estimate done. I will return with any other auto body needs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I strongly recommend Bert's! My 2007 Toyota Tundra looks like new! The team at Bert's is amazing! From the office to the shop. Updates to concerns and pictures of the progress! They even dealt with the insurance people! Earned my respect! Great job and thank you! I came to Bert's from a recommendation and I'm sure glad I did!
