Always a fun environment.Staff treats you extremely well.Quick, professional service.Never pushy on over selling recommendations. Let you decide for yourself. No scare tactics.I have had service work performed elsewhere in town and had no luck.Highly recommend, you won't regret it.You pay for what you get, and it's worth it!!Hat's off.

I came here to get and oil change and they found some other fluids that was old and they went out the way and change all of them for me they are the best around here 20/20 will be back for future

I had a full transmission flush done at Valvoline a couple months, after 4K I have been experiencing some transmission shudder, I stopped back in to have the fluid checked again, they offered to do another flush for free to see if it takes care of the problem. I really appreciate the honesty and concern for the customer! Thanks

Will and his crew did an awesome job Sunday morning when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick, friendly and informative. Will even changed the tire pressure gauge on my car from metric to english. Something I was unable to do on my own. Everytime the service is perfect. This last visit they found a plethora of pinecones that a squirrel stuffed in there. They removed them all without a second thought. I apperciate Christine and her staff.

I ve had some subpar experiences at VIOC s before, but the staff at the Grand Rapids location is absolutely phenomenal, every time. Friendly, efficient, and consistently great.

Friendly fast service at a reasonable price. I have had my oil changed here 7 times now. No issues whatsoever. Same friendly faces working there, which is a sign of a good team I think.

I would highly recommend this location. I've never had a bad experience yet. The manager's name is Mark and I really feel like he does an excellent job at leading his team. Was just in the Tuesday after Christmas and noticed that one of his workers were opening a present from him. If he puts that much attention into his employees than odds are he's putting a ton of effort into training and leading them. Just my opinion like all reviews I just really feel that as a whole this location does a really fine job.

Christine is my absolute favorite!! I didn t even have her as a crew member this last time and she made it a point to come over and talk to me and ask how I was doing because she remembered me. I love going there for my oil changes. They are ALWAYS super friendly and cheerful! I have never had a bad experience there and will continue to go there for my oil changes. Everyone I had this last time was awesome as well! Service: Oil change

Curtis was great on the phone and in person, very polite and helpful. I got my problem fixed, which was a battery needing to be replaced, in a very short amount of time. Overall excellent service and staff. Good work!

They crew on duty during this visit was impeccable in performance overall. Once tech seemed a bit less familiar with the oil light reset process for my particular car but the manager was more than happy to go through the process with and did a great job of indicating how to tell what process to follow when this model comes through in the future (especially good info since my car is not that rare in these parts).

Good experience in general although they did miss a tire when filling them up. It was around 25 psi when the recommended pressure was 32. Friendly service though and did a good job making the oil change painless.

I bought an Escalade back in may. Brought it there to have all fluids changed immediately after purchase, then went to bring my friend to the airport only for the engine to run out of oil due to Valvolines lack of competence. (They didn t tighten the oil filter and it all leaked out) almost causing me to need a new engine in a vehicle I bought that day. If you can t avoid going here, remember to ask them to double check everything.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I don t think I ve ever had fun getting my oil changed before... but Christine was so friendly and so funny. I enjoyed my experience. As always the mechanics were fast and efficient All while knowing I m getting great quality service.... but Christine was the bomb. Thank you!

Really great place! Fast service! They were all really nice and made it a cool learning experience as well! :) High price range but really great service that made it worth it. I got an oil change here. Took maybe 15 minutes :)

Quick and Great Service! Always gotta expect to wait though, with 2 car bays and the most popular place in town to get serviced. Never a bad thing to see a line, that's how you know they're good!

I very highly recommend choosing this location. Best service experience I have had, by far. They are lightning quick, amazingly friendly. They are fun and great at what they do. Talk about pride of service. I'm a lifer, never going any place else.Thanks guys!!!!!YOU'RE GREEAAAAAAT!!!
