Excellent service. Fish house blew a wheel bearing on our way home. It was a Sunday, no repair options. Called TJ towing. They came within 30 minutes and delivered back to our house 2 hours away same day.

TJ Towing saved me 2 days ago (on a Sunday, of course) when my tire blew out just south of town, past Pokegama Lake. I called (recommended by the guy at Auto Zone), and they said it was within the town limits, so the on call guy would be there in 20-30 minutes. He got there in about 15 and had my tire changed out in about half an hour, and I was on my way. Efficient, professional, friendly service, and it only came to $72.

Extremely unprofessional. They do not follow laws and regulations. I spoke to the manager and she screamed at me and my husband and hung up several times. She also used profanity and I had to contact local law enforcement to help resolve my issue with this place. I would not recommend EVER! You would be better off taking your business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: Car towing

I've used TJ Towing several times for cars that won't start or trucks with broken axels that need hauling to the shop, and now I can say I've worked with them because of a totalled car due to a collision. They're very helpful and really quick to respond when you call for a tow.

The dispatcher was polite and prompt to send the tow truck. The guy who towed my vehicle was knowledgeable and knew what to do without causing more damage.

They were friendly and helpful. I was quite a ways away, broke down in the middle of nowhere. Driver got there as soon as he could. Delivered my car straight to Automotive Electric. They made sure I had everything I needed to submit a claim to my insurance for the towing bill. If I ever need those type of services I will definitely call TJ towing!!! Thanks guys!!

TJ Towing is a lifesaver. It is rare to find such a professionalism and expertise with reasonable costs. They have really come to the rescue multiple times for my son who attends the local college. As a parent many miles away, it was a relief to know how quickly he would be towed when he was stranded on the roadside due to mechanical breakdowns. I wish there was a TJ Towing in every town.Service: Car towing

Best towing company in town. They care! If you're not able to pay the full bill at once they will let you make payments. If you can't get it out with another company call them they can.

I had a major damage to my car on Dec 25th at 10 pm and cops called this towing company. They did handle the situation at that night in a severe snowstorm. I thank those drivers.The only thing is I paid 357$ for 13 miles and I am not sure if that s the price for towing in general. A part from the price they are good .

We were in a pinch and needed someone to help us out with lifting a heavy safe off a flat bed trailer. Someone suggested T&J towing. We gave them a call and with no hesitation they had the equipment we needed at our house in 30 minutes! The driver that came was very professional, skilled and precise with moving the heavy safe off the trailer. Thank you!

AMAZING towing company. You never want to be in a position when you need a tow, but if you are in Grand Rapids, you must call TJ Towing. We hit a deer with our camper in tow. The tow arrived promptly and Howie was an absolute pro. We had to do some leg work to figure out how to get both our truck and camper back to the metro. They were super flexible with us as we considered options. We are super thankful for their gated and secured lot. Thank you for the old-fashioned customer service and truly good people.

Hit some black ice and found the ditch, called 3 other company's with no answer. Called tjs on the 4th answered right away, very fast to get out and to my location. Driver was very friendly specially for me having to make him leave his house since he was on call. Would recommend %1000 hope to not have to use again but if I do TJ will be my first callService: Car towing

After I had picked up my vehicle and drove it out of their lot and parked it on my family's property. I had asked permission to put it there prior to getting my truck. I received a phone call from the secretary after her lunch break. She stated that I was not allowed to have it on someone else's property. She proceeded to be rude and extremely unprofessional and threatened that she was going to have my truck towed as soon as possible. In the afternoon, I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called TJ's office. She confirmed to me that they are still going to be towing away my truck. I requested to speak with her boss and she no and hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times and everytime she'd pick up the phone and hang it up on me over and over. After almost an hour, I received a phone call from her boss Todd Figgins. He then blamed me for turning it into a huge ordeal and explained to me how I was out of line. And with no apology or accountability on his part for the actions of his secretary he stated that I only have a few days and he ended our conversation.This business is ran by children and if I ever have a choice I'll never work with them again or recommend them to anyone! That was the biggest joke I've ever been through with any business in this town. I've lived here my entire life and I've never seen such a display of immaturity and disrespect from anyone!Service: Car towing

Towing was great. They did what I asked them to do. However the customer service needs a bit of a polish. I did something idiotic and got myself stuck in an un-plowed parking lot and needed to be winched out. What I didn't need, was the tow-truck driver to treat me like an idiot. No hard feelings, just seemed a bit rude. Thanks for the tow.

Thank God I have never had to personally deal with these people. Rude at every impasse when helping friends deal with them. They will tow vehicles all day long, but you can only bond your vehicle out Monday through Friday. Typical small city racket. Not to mention when they are breaking traffic laws police look the other way because of the contract they have with the city. Rigged to screw the poor and they enjoy it. Hope their karma comes quickly.

Tire driver showed up in the middle of another tow to get my keys or if my locked truck in town, took like 10 minutes total after calling tillI was on the road. Spendy, but that's all towing and locksmithing.

Ive had the need to call T&J Towing TOO MANY TIMES!! Each time I was stuck, or broken down, they had the right equipment on hand to take care of my needs. Buried snowplowa, broken down skid steers with blown drive mowers... Call them when your rubber leaves the road.

No matter what the situation, getting your car towed to an impound lot SUCKS... but when I called TJ Towing and spoke with Pat he was nothing but professional and informative, he told me everything I needed to have in order to get my vehicle and when I got there he was very nice... when people are already in a stressful situation things can get worse quickly and Pat made sure that didn't happen!!
