These guys are absolutely the best. All the staff there are so friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help you with whatever your need is. I had my headliner in my ranger replaced and they did an amazing job plus the person who did the work even sewed up a rip I had on my driver's seat at no extra charge. Highly recommend this business.

Friendly service. These guys do a good job, work with you, and make things right even when it's not their fault. I had a valve cover replaced, and the new one was defective, and was leaking oil into the spark plug tubes. I exchanged the new defective cover for another, and they replaced it at no extra charge, even though it was not their fault. I have had them do several things for me, and they have always done me right. I would definitely recommend them.

Eric and his crew do a great job. We have purchased car starters from them and everything has worked well. I purchased a car stereo for my son and the did a great job on the install. We had that stereo moved to another vehicle and again they did a great job.

I ordered a topper, floor mats and bed liner. I am very happy will all products received. They were very professional, priced accordingly, and did an excellent job on the installation of all products. They will have my repeat business.

Eric, Kari, and the guys always take care of me! Just in the last year window tinting, custom stereo and lights for truck, and custom stereo in new pontoon!! You cannot find this level of service anywhere and for a great price!!

We are lucky to have Rides here in Grand Rapids. Truly professional installations done right. I've had boats, cars and trucks all worked on over the years. It's a pleasure working with Eric and his staff.

I brought my car in, in October. They removed the broken piece and then continued to tell me they would call with the price of the new part and labor. They never did call me back, it is now almost December and I've had to call them back asking about the part. Once again they said they would call back with an answer and no call was made. This is very disappointing to me as I had been to them before with great service. This however is ridiculous. I will no longer recommend people there or will I go there.

Evidently one of the best wiring places in town, unless it doesn't include you buying a remote start. Took my truck there because of a simple wiring problem, not only did they not fix what I asked them to, they suggested replacing parts that didn't need to be changed out at all and that I take it somewhere else or do it myself. I spent 10 mins of tracing wires showed one bare wire rubbing the frame which cost me about 3 dollars to replace instead of the $150+ of parts they suggested. When I asked why they were unable to do that themselves I was told they don't normally do wiring... If I need a remote start or stereo installed I'd prefer to take my vehicle somewhere not confused so easily by small wiring problems...

Although the staff was very friendly I can't say the service was good. I had brought my car in for detailing. In the 8 hours that they had my car it appeared they only ran it through a car wash, wiped down most of the interior surfaces with armor all wipes and vacuumed the floor. Anyone can do that for under $20, the service charge for detailing here is about $190 including tax.None of the seats were cleaned, detail dusting was not very complete, windows were not rolled down to catch the dirt rim, areas that I had pointed out that needed attention were completely ignored, the fabric on the doors was not cleaned, the glove box and a storage area in the rear were not cleaned and even areas on the exterior had bug guts on them. Inside the door frames, where dirt and dust collects, were missed.When I complained they took another hour to completely drench my seats cleaning them, washed the floor mats, buffed one area that had scratches, and removed the sap that I had pointed out a second time. A complete car buffing never happened so I still have minor scratches, windows need to be cleaned and detail dusting still needs to be done, I'll have to do this myself as I don't have time to bring it back for them to complete what I paid for.Sorry, friendly service or no, I could not recommend this company.

They don't respect people's property. While installing our trailer hitch. They had to remove our cargo liner and walked on it. There were dirty footprints on it. Absoluly no excuse for it. When I called, they didn't seem to think it was a big deal

The people at Rides are wonderful to work with whether helping to install updates on a car stereo or installing a wakeboard tower. Their quality of work is great.

Great place to have your windows tinted or have a stereo installed!! Very professional and looks and sounds great! Window tint is the best in the area for sure! Worth every penny!!!

I've had Eric doing work on my Vehicles for years! You won't find better service or knowledgeable people! Rides is my go to for anything on my Vehicles!

If you need window tint you cannot find anyone more skilled than Eric. That s fact not opinion. If you need anything car accessory related they either have it or can get it.

My vehicle was damage while in there possession and they denied it. I had to bring my vehicle back twice for tinting issues, they took over 8.5 hours to retint one window and left me stranded at work, they left my car filthy, and the kid that delivered it the last time beat on my car.
