They are really nice here...not happy about having to bring my car in over 7 times and the issue still isn't fixed, but they do their best and are friendly, even though by now I'm sure I'm "that" person. Plus, I got a $250 debit card from Ford for going so many times, which was unexpected, but helpful. Really good customer service.

Staff was friendly but not so quick. Told me half an hour to 50 minutes with a free car wash. Hour and a half later no car wash and just got done programming one key.

available. Worst shop I been to. Highway robbery as well... they quoted me around 3 grand and I did it myself in less than 3 hours, and for less than $40.. not surprising as I once went her to buy a ford mustang from them and during the test drive the brakes locked up and wouldn't release. Never going back here.

Professional staff and timely service. Price was appropriate for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Paid three times the price for a smaller vehicle to have the same service at a neighboring shop!

I used there "Quick Lane Service" it took over 2 1/2 hrs. That's "Bull-****". They tried to get me to have service items that I didn't need. Trying to rip people off. This place is under NEW ownership. I wouldnt never go back to this dealership, ever......

Clean business. Still wish they did more in service for Covid prevention, like plexiglass or face shields for all the employees that don t wear a mask.
