Can t speak highly enough about the team at Northland Lawn and equipment. Bought a 1025R from Tom and he was awesome to work with. Great communication and awesome customer service. The team was also very helpful as soon as I arrived with loading and running though the machine. I will be back again.

Can t speak highly enough about the team at Northland lawn, sport, and equipment. Went into the process of buying a tractor really with no knowledge of the process. Tom took the time to educate me on the different options. We work together to figure out the right tractor set up for me Based on the projects that I was planning. The entire process was painless. I even did the majority of it virtually as I was working out of town for a couple of weeks. The tractor arrived. Tom took the time to teach me the ins and outs of how to use What is now my favorite piece of equipment! I felt confident leaving the dealership that I could operate the tractor effectively and I was right.The delivery process was even easier. Donnie showed up with the tractor and all the implements and helped unload them. He Gave me some last minute pro tips on operating the machine and most importantly just made me feel really good about my purchase.I d highly recommend using this team for your next lawn and tractor purchase!

I wanted to set up an appointment for my Gator to get serviced. They said they did not do that and I should just bring it in and they would get right on it. 7 working days later I stopped in for an update. They said they were one month behind. I got it back without them doing anything to it. Poor service. I have not had this problem on the Floe side. The John Deere service is scant to non existent. Go somewhere else. I am.An update here. I asked for an appointment for my Gator and I got one. I brought it in and the service department went over it with a fine tooth comb and I got it back the same day. It seems as they have their act together and it is quite good. I cannot give a 5 star review due to the previous interaction but things are much better there. I will return.

Highly recommend this John Deere Dealership. I bought a new 1025 and had trouble with a high idle. Scott, General Manager/Sales got right on it. Personally drove to my home a distance away and repaired the problem at my home. This is service that goes above and beyond!!

Used to be a great store.Things have changed since new management and not for the good. Now I might get some parts there but that's about it.Had blades sharpened and bolts were way over torqued and one was tightened at all.

If you've got a job to do outdoors. Northland has the equipment for you to work smarter. Just picked up a set of Brush Crusher grapples for our tractor that will also work on our skid steer! Universal Quick-attach and NO HYDRAULIC HOSES to pinch and break...Their Staff is great, Parts guys are rock stars, and they've got some good mechanics on hand to help out with the intricate greasy stuff that will mess up your manicure.

Super experience. So happy with our Floe dock & Lift. Went back and bought a dock extension then dock furniture. Todd Gabrielson was excellent to deal with. We were so pleased with our experience we bought a new Textron power steering 4 wheeler and then a power steering John Deere mower with thatcher. Dealt with Todd Gill this time. ALL our experiences with sales and service have been perfect! We would highly recommend Pokegama Lawn & Sport!

Dropped my mower off this morning thinking it would be a few days and they called back by 11... Fixed a bunch of things and had her ready! Used their loaner trailers to transport it. Trailers in decent operating shape. Mower cuts good now! Impressed with my first experience.

Best place to purchase equipment in the area. The salesmen are knowledgeable and approachable. Solid 5 stars for the service department as well. Todd runs a top notch business, he loves to help solve problems.

We purchased a Glacier Icehouse from Pokegama Lawn & Sport. What a GREAT experience we had. Todd was knowledgeable, accommodating, and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything. We live in the Twin Cities area and after the beautiful drive up, we were so pleased that Todd had our Icehouse inside a large garage, cleaned, prepped, and plugged in ready for our inspection. He never rushed us along and answered all our questions. It is obvious that they care about their customers and their facility. We will definitely be recommending Pokegama Lawn & Sport to our friends and family!

Fast and great service. Brought my mower in at 10 am, as it was running badly. Received a call 3 hours later, fix and ready to pick up. Best service ever.

Bought a plow for my side by side "Cat" .. Fair price, EXCELLANT service, friendly, helpful, informed crew. As I left I told Todd that he has a GREAT crew, as always "over and above" the call of duty. After mounting the plow and a new battery they found that the sparkplug was bad, and made a modification to where the winch line comes out. Manufacturer has changed that same piece. No more excess winch cable wear. THANK YOU TODD AND ALL! Like Arnold says...." I'll be bock" Call me a customer for life!!

Bought a part that had broke on me but the owner and salesman were very helpful in the process of returning it. They are good guys to work with, i will be going back at some point to purchase more stuff!

Arctic cat mechanic is the worst, I would stay away. 2 months they worked on it. Cost $3k they charged, I was told it was fixed three different times. Cost $1100 to fix everything they didn't fix and said they did.

I have used them for Floe dock products. They are helpful. They are also an Arctic cat / Alterra dealer, and john Deere lawn and garden equipment.
