I have a Kymco atv. Great machine, but challenging to get parts. My rear diff seals and bearings needed to be replaced. McCarroll Offroad is located 15 miles from my cabin, so took the atv to have them replace the parts. Long story short, the availability of parts/cost was a problem. They were able to located a different rear diff and completed all the repairs in a very timely fashion. When I went to pick it up, it would not start. They immediately took it into the shop and determined that the spark plug had fail. Replacing the sparkplug on this atv is a big pain in the a$$. They completed the work and waited pass closing time(on a Friday) so I could pickup the machine. If you're within 75miles of Grand Rapids Minnesota, take you atv problems/repair to McCarroll Off-Road. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this competent and affordable shop. I always bring my ATVs here for any issues Iay have from regular service to more serious diagnosing and fixing.

Have been to every small engine repair between Grand Rapids and Hibbing. Hands down the best! Wish I would have found them sooner. Underwhelmed by some of the more popular/recommended small engine repair shops in Grand Rapids.

Had Machine there twice for over a month paid a lot of money still messed up I ll never bring anything there ever again do not recommend going there
