Friendly and Amazing people. Will gladly go back and have them work on my truck again if and when it needs it. Told me it would be 3 days before they could get my truck in to work on it. I ask if I could drop it off now. They said of course. Three hours later I'm on my way back to get my truck. And cheaper then they had quoted me. Highly recommend. Thank you guys so much. From a very satisfied and happy customer.

They helped me out when my tire went flat and the studs snapped off on me! The gentleman I talked to on the phone was helpful, honest, and great with communicating. They also helped start my car for no charge when it wouldnt start in the cold. Will definitely be coming back if I need further services.

Darrin is the best auto mechanic I've ever come across. Ppl complain about prices and every garage that does automotive work charges the same hourly rateHe offers the best warranty service for his parts and work. I highly doubt you'll need it and Darrin and his team does not nickel and dime you. They're honest, down to earth and real ppl that take care of you.Hypothetically speaking if he was more than other garages I'd still pay more.I'd pay $20 more an hour vs other garages because you're actually getting quality workmanship

They care about their customers. They loosened lug nuts that I couldn't get off with my impact. Great place will visit again.

My boat trailer tire went low, and we pulled it right at closing. The owner came out and personally helped us get a new tire on for our spare. He was very personable and helpful, I highly recommend stopping by for your new set of tires or auto work.

The owners are wonderful people: kind, honest, trustworthy; they always provide exceptional service, above and beyond. They're not the kind to try to upsell you on unnecessary extras. If they recommend something for you, it's because they truly have your best interest in mind.

We got a blow out going through town and stopped in to get some new tires but they didn't have our size tire on hand. They did help us by pointing us to a shop that did have our tire size on hand. Definitely good people working at GR Tire

So the other day I'm backing my car out of the garage from storage and noticed the left rear tire was damn near flat. I found a screw embedded in the tire. I aired it up and headed straight into GRTA. Even though it was close to closing time Darren got me right in and fixed it promptly. Thanks again. Fast friendly response.

Excellent friendly service. We're on a trip and punctured a tire. They got us right in, fixed the problem, obliged an extra request to rotate the tires too and had us back on the road in short order. Very much appreciated!

We got a flat tire outside of Grand Rapids while on a road trip and rolled back into town on our (also pretty flat) spare tire. Darren provided fast friendly service and we got back on the road for a very reasonable price. Glad we decided to stop at this shop!Service: TiresService: Tires

Morning check revealed a screw in our trailer tire and another tire not holding pressure. Lucky for us Grand Rapid Tires and Auto was less than 5 miles down the road. The service was excellent, prompt and reasonable. I highly recommend Grand Rapid Tires!Service: TiresService: Tires

A new and happy customer here!I'm an out of towner who was hauling my horse to a boarding facility when I noticed a not so great smell and way too much heat coming from my brakes. About to head through Grand Rapids on my hour journey back home, I figured I'd try my luck stopping at an auto shop in town to get a quick spot check.Initially, I called the Dodge Dealer in town and sat on hold for about 5 minutes before giving up - perhaps by fate! Knowing it was lunch hour on a Friday, I didn't have high hopes but gave Grand Rapids Tire & Auto a call. On maybe the second or third ring, a very kind lady answered the phone and told me I could stop by and one of the techs would take a look, with only a five minute warning.When I arrived (horse trailer and all), the staff were friendly and offered me coffee and popcorn, the waiting room was clean, and service was prompt. The tech gave me his honest opinion and despite the unannounced visit on a Friday afternoon, said he could get all my brakes and calipers replaced that day. He promptly got my car in the shop and went to work. He didn't over sell and only did the required work and had me back on the road in only 3 hours. He also unhooked and hooked up my trailer for me.Very pleased by their customer service! I ve taken my Honda here twice over the years. Once for a full tune-up after it hit 200k miles, and most recently for new tires. The staff is friendly and communicated very well. Prices are fair and the work is good.

Fast and friendly service. Fair prices, and knowledgeable technicians. Recently had a tire pressure sensor replaced. Work was quick and efficient. Would recommend.

Broke down while away from home, no one could fit me in. Called Grand Rapids Tire and Auto, I explained the situation and they said to bring it right down. They repaired the problem for well under the estimate we had agreed on! These folks are trustworthy and did excellent work at more than a fair price. I highly recommend them. The owner and his wife are such sweet and kind people I would recommend anybody to go to them and I'm not one who likes people but these people have good hearts good intentions and they listen to their customers they communicate well I'm so glad that this community has a good tire shop!!

My GMC Acadia had some lights flashing and sensors go off...and also cut down power. I pulled into the parking lot and asked for help. I told them the engine was brand new and wasn't sure if it was something they could help me with. They scanned for codes and suggested I take it to the GM dealer to find out if it was covered and didn't charge me anything. Thank goodness for helpful businesses in our community like them!

They do not respond to their website quotes. I got a follow up email right away saying they would respond within 48 hours, been a week and nothing.

Got my alignment done, they didn't try and sell me stuff I didn't need, the alignment seems to be very well done with my steering wheel being centered! Thanks guys!

Grand Rapids tire & auto saved the day! I was on my way to Duluth for a wedding (bridesmaid) and it was snowing and other drivers were kicking up wet muck at my windshield! My driver side wiper kept jamming into the the passager wiper. I pulled over and called them, they were able to fix my wiper in the parking lot. They didn't charge me, true Minnesota nice! I made it to the wedding with time to spare, thank you again!

first time cuatomer and they are awesome polite people clean waiting area with good music snacks and they took a look told me issues and price and fixed fast and omg great prices vs other auto places in grand rapids thanks for the best place ive been to in town.. Angel
