Was on vacation outside of Grand Rapids. Truck was not running right, called and spoke with Brian in service and explained what I thought the issue was. He stated he could get the truck in several days later and thought he could have it fixed that day.I arrived as scheduled, greeted by staff and after tech looked at the truck and agreed that the issue was what I stated. They proposed a service plan that was manageable. Was in and out within hours. Thanks for your fast service, and honestly.

We ve always been pleased with the service at this Ford service center. They have put us back on the road when things seemed impossible. Twice our car has has had a major problem making it undrivible . This last time it was 3 days before we needed to leave on a trip and they got the brakes fixed so that we left on the day we needed to.Services: Auto brake repair, BrakesServices: Auto brake repair, Brakes

Bought a new truck from Dondelinger Ford. They said it would arrive surprisingly clean. It arrived like it was run through a $7 car wash. Immediately noticed the door handle had deep scratches through the paint. The headrest button was also broke. I immediately showed them the issues. A week went by with no follow up. I emailed again and they said they would be in touch on Monday. Monday has come and gone. It is looking like they care about the sale and after that it doesn't matter. Still waiting to see if they make this right but for now they get one star!

I am always happy with the car care here. The communication is clear. The prices listed. They do a thorough overview of the car and tell you what each repair would cost. I wanted to have freedom to get my car taken care of where I was comfortable, but Ford does not release their wiring diagrams for newer electrical parts, so I had to get my electrical problem taken care of here, for a much higher price than I was quoted elsewhere for the same work. They did fine, but it's a frustrating system and does not make me want to trust them more.Service: Electrical repair

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor called me and said I needed a new light above license plate and said the cost would be approximately $6 so I agreed to it. She neglected to say it would be an additional $20 fee for labor, to do a two minute job, ridiculous. If advisor would have been honest and said total cost would be $26 I would have done it myself.Service: Oil change

I had a a recall serviced at this dealership it took less than 5 minute to go in and tell them about the recall and they already had the parts on order and gave me a call to set up and appt when I dropped it off again it only took 5 minutes to sign some papers and hand over the keys they were super friendly and called multiple times to verify the scheduled time would still work I highly recommendService: Steering & suspension replacement

I had an oil change and also had the fuel filter replaced, I was charged about $70 for the filter itself, more than twice the price for the same motorcraft filter available at any auto parts store.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
