Believe it or not, this was my first time buying windshield wipers. I was able to find what I needed with no trouble at all. The gentleman at the checkout was kind enough to confirm that they would fit on my vehicle, which was good because I had no clue. So without a second thought, I threw my money at him and was out the door. Okay, I paid with my card and politely thanked him, then tried not to skip out the door. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent service. Got a battery that supposedly fit my vehicle, but it was a bit too large. Came back the same night and had the same service guy help me out to get the right form factor. Awesome service right before closing.

Very honest sales people. We went in for an oil additive for the valves, but rather than sell us something after describing our problem, the fellow suggested going to a mechanic. We were impressed.

The staff here is knowledgeable and always ready to help you figure out what you need. Price matching and the best rewards program in town are what made me a life long customer. I have already saved close to a thousand dollars on parts and tools since this place opened here a couple of years ago.

The saleswoman/clerk at the store this morning was very rude. It was obvious that she resented having to be at work today. It appeared she was the only employee in the store at the time. Your employees are the "face" of your establishment. Auto Zone deserves better representation; and your customers demand better service.

My brother and I put in a new power steering pump. We received awesome customer service at AutoZone and were super happy. To top it off we learned that O'Reilly Auto parts and AutoZone actually work together to make their customers happy and to make sure their customers get what they need right away. Thanks.

Great service, employees always willing to help find the part(s) you are looking for and need, same with tools and other product.. each employee seems they received more education in customer service and products availbe.

Had a great experience buying a battery for my car. Not alot of selection but the duralast batteries they do carry are good quality batteries. The friendly staff and great service will make me a repeat customer!

Not very helpful on the phone. Couldn't even find a simple brake adjuster screw for a 1998 Chevy S-10 pickup. I would recommend Auto Value instead.

There was two employees in the store when I came inside. I came in for oil and a filter. I was sold the wrong filter. Not high science!
