You can get right in if you are there early. (Open) Not bad 35.00 for a tire fix(bolt) and a reset for the tire sensors. Watching Thu the window was nice to see everyone had a job to do. No one standing around. My hubs goes here when he needs their service.

I've purchased many sets of tires for myself and our work vehicles. Their tire repair services are top notch as well. It's impressive to see how timely and efficient their staff are, all while being busy with several customers.

We were passing through town and ended up getting a blowout. They had our tire size and were able to get us taken care of and back on the road very quickly. Another customer was there trying to size tires for his 6x6 and didn't have a lot of information to help the service representative, the rep sat down with the customer and was able to figure out what information was needed and had the customers tires coming within a week. Definitely recommend Acheson!!

These guys are the best. They went out of there way to help me out. They have the equipment and the know how to handle 37 inch dually tires on super offset rims, so basically they can do anything tire related. 5 stars for the great service and hospitality!!!!!

Acheson is amazing, hands down. I had a flat tire with no way to get it to them, and they made things happen. You can't ask for better service anywhere.

Service businesses like Acheson Tire are rare in this day and age. I watched customer after customer walk in the door, get greeted promptly and respectfully and have their issues assessed on the spot and dealt with as their turn came up. Each member of the team convinced me, with their words and actions, that they were devoted to customer satisfaction and work quality that is beyond reproach. Their work routines were so efficient they looked choreographed. Bravo to all for earning that most cherished prize in the service industry: the accolades of customers who keep coming back.

I ordered tires yesterday, and just drove them home today! I was told it would take approximately an hour to get the tires changed out, mounted, and balanced, but ended up only being there for maybe half an hour.The service was friendly, efficient, and quick. I'll definitely be adding Acheson Tire to my contacts!

These guys are top notch! My tire pressure alert came on in my car and we put some air in a tire at home. When the alert didn t go away, I drove my car down to Acheson s and in moments they had it in the garage and all the tires aired up. Thank goodness no holes. Super pleasant and when I asked how much, Nick said No charge; have a great day. This is the reason we ve been going to Acheson s for years, and continue to give them our business.

Very reasonable prices and really great service. We were somewhat hesitant about the 'first come ' process without an appointment, but they really keep things moving, so the wait is definitely worth it.

This operation has a very local and small town feel. From the owners down to the laborers, they are all very conscious of customer satisfaction. We've done business with them for 12 years and have been very satisfied with everything. Highly recommended. Service and pricing is awesome.

I had a slow leak in a tire while on the road. They had it diagnosed and patched within an hour as a walk-in off the street with no appointment. Owner is in the shop turning wrenches and helping customers. Truly a great experience.

The best experience we have had ! The owner was so friendly and kind . We were not from the area and he even let us use his truck while the tires on our truck were being changed . So thankful !! Highly recommend

The best price for the best results. These guys have always been great- walk-ins, appointment, whatever it is, they'll get you in and out in good time. I live an hour and a half away but if I need anything tire related, I come to Acheson.

I brought two tires in and was out in less than half an hour. The guys here really know what they are doing and their knowledge and service are top notch. I got two brand new tires at an affordable price that no one else in Grand rapids can beat. Plus the service was highly satisfactory.

Acheson Tire is the only place I'll go to get my tires fixed or to buy tires. I had a tire go flat on me just as I got to an air station...I was able to air my tire and go to Acheson and get it fixed in 15 minutes! And they are super reasonable on their prices!

I have worked with Acheson in the past and someone told me it was a couple bucks cheaper than my usual shop. As far as swapping tires. I like to support local businesses. I have lived in Rapids for quite some time. And especially now with these Covid shutdowns threatening small businesses. And based on the great reviews etc.. But these guys are so important they won't take appointments. So I dropped my truck off and was called when it was done within the time period I was told. I go to pick it up and I see my truck through the parking lot window with the old tires in the back. So I ask if they take old tires and of course they do. I ask where I should put them and pay the extra fee. She calls out to the shop and a guy comes over. He looks irritated but politely says just pull around and well unload those and walks away. So I drive around the building still not knowing where to go. Which is street on 2 sides and another business on the third. So I pull up in front of the garage doors hoping this guy would be there waiting. And I actually blocked another person from pulling in which was another shop worker pulling in a customer vehicle. He tried driving around me. So backed up. Sorry I said to myself because he obviously couldn't hear me. And I'm watching this black haired average height irritated but polite shop worker through the windows as I wait parked awkwardly not sure of anything. He doesn't seem to be in any hurry to help with these tires. Finally he comes out after I have been sitting for a good solid minute and a half. I roll down my passenger window as he comes up on the vehicle, expecting some direction. And nothing... No hello, no mask, no eye contact, nothing. I yell out to him asking if this is good and all he says is "Ya". Normally I would get out and help but with this Covid. You don't want to offend anyone. So he grabs the handle on my tailgate and shakes his head and then jerks it again and climbs into the back of my truck. He seemed disappointed the tailgate didn't work. With irritation he throws the tires out and walks away. Usually you get a wave or a have a nice day. Now here's the kicker. My tailgate worked just fine when I dropped it off. At some point someone got aggressive with that handle and broke it on the inside. I didn't go back for a refund due to the attitude of the employee. And because I won't be going back.. Someone broke a cheap plastic handle on a Chevy tailgate and isn't man enough to own up to it. It cost $15 for the part. That shows the quality of work I can expect going back.

I stopped in to get my tires looked at because I had a flat. I stopped in without an appointment the day after christmas so I anticipated having to wait a while. When I walked in there were other people there waiting for their vehicles so I checked in and prepared to be there for a bit until a stall opened. The timing worked out pretty well because within half an hour my tire was patched and I was good to go. The staff was helpful, prices were fair, and the work was done efficiently...and I haven t had any issues with the patched tire.

Acheson Tire, being multigenerational, has been around since before most of us were born. My experience has only been the last couple of decades but I can tell you that these guys are on their game. They provide a full range of tires from reasonably priced to the high end products now available for performance. Their service is timely, when they are not crushed during the transition seasons. Friendly bunch of hard working dudes. They stand behind their work. If you need tires or wheels or any repair Acheson rules.
