I was at the Grand Marais DMV yesterday; Becky was extremely helpful and friendly. I brought her a task which is rarely done, and she had never done before. She said he would power though it and completed it perfectly. I was very impressed with her ability and service she provides. Thanks Becky!!

Very friendly staff and quick service (a nice change from other DMVs I've been to). Cash only, but they have an atm there ($3 fee).

I felt like I was home with family ! The ladies were helpful and tried to keep me positive while I tried to pass the online driver's exam. Very glad there is a DMV facility that is welcoming and very friendly. Impressed that I could complete all my services as a new Minnesotan living in Lutsen. THANKS LADIES :)))))

I'm pretty sure they just keep the phone off the hook. I've been trying to call for 3 days. I started on Thursday, it is Monday now. Still I have gotten nothing but a busy signal or a message saying "we are on the other line, please leave a message". A message will not do. I need to talk to a human.

Knowledge and fast. The people there are amazing and the wonderful smell of the flower shop is an added bonus:)
