Chad and Joel were most helpful with my chugging vehicle. They advised that it sounded like water in my tank. By the time I drove there it had worked through. They left me with the option if adding heat to the tank if it happens. Great help. Thanks..

Calvin was great. He was calm and friendly, and very accommodating of my schedule. He showed me the car I wanted to look, at and there was never the slightest feeling of pressure. He let me go at my own pace, answered all my questions, and let me make my own decisions.I just drove off the lot in my new vehicle tonight, feeling happy and fairly treated.Of course, as any dealership will do, they try to hit you with the upsells while you're signing the paperwork, but they weren't too pushy about it and took "no" for an answer the first time around, so I can't fault them for that.There were exactly two dealerships within 75 miles of my home that had the vehicle I wanted. One was a large dealership in the cities much closer to me, and one was Weelborg Glencoe. I went with my gut, and I'm very glad I chose this place. Well worth the drive!

Called Chad with an urgency to get my brakes looked at and he got me in and out the same day! Love the personal portal that I could connect to with the updates that were sent throughout the day! Everyone was very friendly and helpful with all my questions!

From the day we bought our car in 2021 we could not be more pleased with Glencoe Chevrolet. The service has been exceptional and my car broke down and they actually gave us a card to use to get to our out-of-town wedding and let us take it home because we were contemplating buying it and didn t have a car. I have never met a dealership we re on a Friday night at 5 o clock they give you a vehicle. Let alone a 2020 Tahoe. A few years down the road here we had an issue with the warranty company and Joel. The service manager was absolutely exceptional and I have been through hell the last three days trying to figure out how my vehicle was going to get fixed because I don t live near Glencoe. He made so many phone calls and went through the ringer to get my vehicle fixed and help me and get the warranty authorization and I could not be more pleased with Glencoe ChevroletIf you re looking for a place to buy a car, this is where you want to go because the service team and the sales team are incredibleShout out to Joel for being my hero today! Way to go Glencoe!!

Joel was excellent help! He walked me through everything to be able to get my car fixed and take a loaner home so I m not without a vehicle , friendly and great personality overall terrific service

When I say I love my new car is an understatement. I had no idea I was going to get a vehicle 2/2/2022. I was just searching around and waala I have this beauty. Thanks to Chad and Ty I drove off the lot with a 2017 Buick Regal!! Thank you guys so so much! These guys are awesome to work work with. They are some outgoing funny guys. I m a happy camper!!!!

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at the Service Center at 7:20 am for my 7:30 am time slot. I said I wasn t waiting around and would be back at 3 PM to pick it up. I get to the dealership at approximately 3:10 pm. I was informed my car just got pulled in and was told it d be an additional 45 minutes. Received a call at 4 PM my vehicle was done. I would highly discourage you from bringing your vehicles here.

Greg and the rest of the Weelborg staff are amazing!! I contacted them a little after 3 pm saying I needed to buy a car that evening. I got to the dealership around 4:30 and by 6:45 I was driving home in the exact car I was looking for! They even took the clunker I drove in with!!! I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking for a vehicle. Thanks again Greg and Weelborg Chevrolet!

On the way to visit family for a holiday weekend, we ran over a screw on the highway. Our spare was in tough shape and we were glad Weelborg Chevrolet in Glencoe was nearby. They worked us into the shop even though they had no advance warning and it was nearing the end of the day. Chad took great care of us and saved a lot of heartache!

So I took back my original review. I have zero issues with the sales department but TWICE with the service department it left a bad taste In my mouth. Especially this time. My air bag sensor is still going off (necer has an issue until I took my car in) my seat wasn t even put back together efficiently and there is a rip in the carpet. I took my vehicle to 2 other places to make use my anger was valid.

The team here was amazing and even using the word amazing! Doesn't do the team here justice. I personally worked with Sierra, Dazz and Nick who were all so helpful. Sierra was helpful, informative, kind and didn't make the test driver awkward (I'm sure some of us have experienced that before), Dazz and Nick were detailed and very thorough with making sure I got the lowest rate possible. If you're looking for a new vehicle and you want a good team, I highly recommend coming here and checking them out.

Proud to say that my family and I have found our dealership for life! Purchased our 2017 Traverse through here and from the minute I stepped foot in the parking lot Ty was as welcoming as possible! He made the entire process a breeze and we didn t just feel like another customer! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional yet made us feel as if we d known them for years! Mitch and Ty were so helpful and the best! Very easy to work with, and very responsive to any questions I had! Ty made the test drive super easy, and was very talkative so it wasn t an awkward silence. Will definitely be back to see Mitch and Ty for my next car!!

Was on my way back from a hunting trip in South Dakota when my tire pressure light came on, found out a slow leak in the tire. Pulled in to see if they could either swap out a spare tire or repair. I was told they had no time to fix it and I could try somewhere else. They gave me a couple places to try but didn't want to get half way in between and then be forced to pull down the spare tire in the pouring rain along with me pulling a trailer. Ended up going to Sam's Tire in Glenco and they got me right in. It's pretty sad when a person is on the road trying to get home and cannot get help. My family owned A Ford dealership for almost 40 years and we would always find a way to help someone out. Very disappointed in the customer service, I would never purchase or stop in there again. Again I would find a different facility for automotive repairs.

Weelborg was great to deal with. I bought a right hand drive Jeep for my mail route and it's not like you can find them anywhere so we traveled 4 hours away but it was worth it. They were super fast. Our salesman Ty was awesome and my kids loved him.

I'm in my mid-twenties but lived in nyc for many years so have never purchased a vehicle. I am SO happy that this was my first experience!In my car search, I went to quite a few dealerships throughout the Twin Cities area, and instantly had bad vibes at all of them. TV has taught me to be wary of car salesmen, so I was nervous about the process from the get go, but everyone I met at Weelborg Chevrolet Buick of Glencoe was so kind and genuine. We test drove multiple cars before settling on a 2006 RAV4 for a great deal. There were a couple things that needed to be done to the car, and they worked with us to make sure they got done before I purchased the vehicle. We were also offered a warranty for a nice price.Thank you to both Deven and Caleb for making the experience so enjoyable. It's about an hour drive from where I live to the dealership, and I had to make the journey a few times during the week, but I was always happy to see the team there and crack a few jokes.I highly recommend this dealership and believe it's worth the drive if you live in the Twin Cities area. I know almost nothing about cars and my parents (who I brought along) know a lot, and we both felt great about the process and the outcome. I am hopeful that I won't need to purchase another vehicle anytime soon, but I know where to go should I need to. Thank you!
