Made appt and they put walk ins before me. Took nearly 4 hrs to mount/balance 4 tires and alignment. Then as I left I noticed my rims were scratched. Salesman claimed it was from a curb. I had washed and checked the rims the day before because they have marred up my rims before. No apology, just excuses that they hadn't done it. Wouldn't recommend.

On my way back from South Dakota and had a slow leak in my tire. Pulled in there to see if they could help me out. Within a few minutes they had me in and completed the job in less than 1/2 hour. Great service!!!! Unlike Weelborg Chev in Glenco who told me they couldn't help me out!! Keep up the great work as the local Chev store does believe in customer satisfaction.

Awesome service and reasonable prices! We were just driving through, an hour from home and had TWO trailer tires go flat at once. A local referred us to Sam's and we drove over. They changed our tires on the spot for a reasonable price and were on our way in less than an hour!

Sam's Tire has always had quality people and outstanding customer service and repair work. In all the many years I have been a customer, I have not once been disappointed in the quality and service I have received. An emergency with a tire is treated as a emergency and they get me in, get it done, and kn my way in short order. I'll be a customer until I can't Nymore or if they close the doors!!! They are all courteous and friendly when u walk in the door. They are the best in the area. Thank You Sam's and crew!!

Brought in my lawn mower tires for a mount and dismount and they did them on the spot!!! Super awesome customer service. I Love Sams tire in Glencoe Mn!!!!

I went there a couple times. Each time I had an appointment on two occasions early in the morning around 8am. Both times they NEVER called me to tell me my car was ready and had to call them at 5pm when they closed to be told your car had been done for hours. Don't know why you didn't get a call. The last time I bought a nice set of winter tires for my lugnuts to not even be tightened all the way when I had an inspection done at a different place 1 week later. It's hard to find good macanics these days and figure I could trust them because they serviced the counties Police vehicles. I do NOT recommend

Customer service is top of the line! I believe they provided me with the best products for the price I was looking to spend.No unnecessary work is done here to bring up the bill. Honest and friendly folks.I drive 45 miles for their service and it's worth it.

.... thank you Chris for taking time to address my review - not feeling so criticized about my oil and filter preferences. :)Remember, that if you bring in your own oil and filter (which you prefer for your vehicle) - there's a disclaimer that the secretary needs to disclose about likelihood of your vehicle's engine blowing up.Best wishes, right?***All good ***

Second time using this place first time they were able to beat everyone else's price, and second time they beat everyone's price and also were the only ones able to get the tires I need

Been having issues with my vehicle lately and Sam's has always been very helpful in diagnosing the problems and providing me with the information I need. Recently they did work on my transmission and they got it done for less than their quote. The employees are helpful and honest about what work needs to be done.

Fixed my truck same day. I was visiting Glencoe and my truck needed to be fixed. I was stranded. Sams tire got me in and back on the road in no time! Thanks guys!!

Had ac lines done in the rear of my Durango and paid over 1400 to have it fixed. Got my vehicle back and the gas filler hose was disconnected from my gas tank and I call and ask if that is part of the process to drop gas tank and they said yes and I tell them that I had lost 45 in gas on the ground and all I get is a oh no . Will not be going back to this shop.

Great service had 2 tires put on, front alignment. Paid and later on found out they call me I was overcharged and refunded me. They will get my business from now on.

I no longer take my vehicles there. Had zero issues with them until they started adding extra charges, that they had never done before. Which included a huge mark up on parts as well. After this happened a few times, we decided to switch to another place.

Used to be better. Some days they seem a little more careless. Not to mention labor seems to be higher per hour.
