Had our van fixed after hitting a deer. Excellent work done on the van, even cleaned out the inside. What a nice surprise!!! They gave us a loaner vehicle for a couple weeks which was a big plus! Would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

They did a fabulous job! Our bumper looks like a new car after someone had ran into us. They also cleaned out our car and smelled really nice when we picked it up. I highly recommend them for twin cities repairs even if you have to drive a long distance.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had my car get it s cosmetic makeover repairs done here from significant hail damage & Glencoe Collision Center did an amazing job! Notably, this is coming from someone who gets very picky with their vehicles. Aside from the flawless work done, the owner & employees are friendly & highly helpful on getting the answers &/or appropriate help for what you need as I ve gone to them in the past for vehicle work.I definitely recommend this location!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely hands down AMAZING work! Took care of all my issues with insurance, vehicle was in and out within a weeks time! Vehicle came back way cleaner than when it left! Second time using. Heavy deer population in our area. Works through our insurance. Had a one month wait because of parts and a backlog. They do nice work.

EXCELLENT service, highly recommended! They provided a loaner car, fixed ours faster than estimated, and CLEANED IT INSIDE AND OUT! We were not expecting that and it was a very nice touch. My daughter enjoyed the complimentary can cozies as "shoes" for her bear

The reasons for one star rating:* They do not respond to emails* They do not call back* They do not guarantee their appointments - "We are done for today, we could not get to your car, so we will schedule you sometime probably next week. I'll call you later today" (they never called).* They are rude - after I finally got through on the phone to them and politely asked to prioritize my scheduling after they could not keep my original appointment, the reply was "No, we are not contractually obligated to do anything for you, so feel free to use some other body shop".

Used Eric and his guys to fix up my 2009 Honda Civic after a crash needed a new front end. After getting the car back I was happy with how it looked and the time to do the job was right on the money.
