We stopped in the dealership in Alex to "kick the tires" and get better educated about Class B rigs. Chase was awesome, and did a great job of walking us through the Midwest Auto Design units they have on hand. While we aren't ready to buy yet, we appreciated him walking through things.

What a great experience! This dealership only carries two amazing brands, Newmar class A and Diesel pushers and Midwest class B motor homes.From initial contact with Ari, my sales person to an awesome indoor delivery with Randy and finally finance with Chase! This transaction could not have been smoother! Steinbring Motorcoach is a top notch operation! The owner, John even took time to chat with me and thanked me for choosing Steinbring. I highly recommend this dealership and I would certainly purchase from them again!

Great people! Ordered our Dutch Star from Steinbring. Got a good deal on our trade in and price on the new one. Got referral from a guy we ran into at a rest area. Got treated right. The way every dealer should be. Really liked that it was a small and family owned. Thanks Steinbring s!

If you want awesome sales and service experience for your luxury motorhome, this is the best place to go! Small shop in a small town that sells and services more motorhomes than the big guys do. Good job Steinbring

Excellent sales and customer service. Can t say enough of how welcome we felt from the Steinbring family. Very professional and knowledgeable delivery experience, as well as, follow up with encountered problems by technical service personnel, in particular Sam & Conrad. Randy s orientation with our new coach was not only entertaining but also very helpful.

First of all i would like to say the people here are wonderful and very helpful. My dad and i drove here all the way from Kansas City to pick up a RV and the experience was amazing. When we got there they brought us to their huge garage that must of had 30 to 40 huge motor homes and we took a tour of the one my dad bought. We then signed paperwork and the deal was done. They even gave us some really nice jackets. Thanks for everything we will tell everybody what a great place you have.

Went to pick up my new Bay Star coach. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Starting with front desk, financing, through to sales and service. After finishing the paperwork we spent several hours doing a complete and very thorough walkthrough with Randy. What a guy! So friendly and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and then some. We stayed there for two nights. Testing and learning how to use everything on, in, and around the coach. The staff was very helpful each day we were there. They let us use a car to go into town. They even let us use their detailing bay after hours so we could test the coach for any leaks and wash it when we were finished. It was such a pleasant experience all the way around. They really knocked customer service out of the park in such a great way! Awesome.

My wife and I had a bad experience with this sales team not ethical in my opinion .1st off our phone calls were not returned in time frame that was promised .2nd and most concerning.After making a appointment last evening for 10AM this morning to view this SPECIFIC motorhome and being assured again this morningthat this SPECIFIC motorhome was still available ( NOT SOLD) our salesmen Dan sold it to another customer knowing full well we were 1 hour into a 2 hour road trip to view.My wife did take the day off from work to view this PARTICULAR motorhome .I worked in customer service for 38 years before retiring and believe I know what is and is not good customer service.very very disappointing ..Joseph C Bydlon

Best place to purchase a Newmar in the country, PERIOD! Finally a dealer that cares about the quality of the coach before it leaves their lot. Second coach on order now and wouldn't even consider purchasing from anyone else. Well done Steinbring!

Our first new class A was purchased from a nationally know dealer and was a very disappointing experience. The dealer wanted nothing to do with us once we drove away in our coach.This time we ordered and bought our new Dutch Star from Jon Steinbring sight unseen (we live in Georgia). The entire experience made us believers again! Jon's team is the most professional staff we have ever dealt with. Many thanks to Jon, Randy, Lee, Judy and the rest of the team, including Deb and Jerry who picked up our previous coach in Georgia and drove it to Minnesota.We love our Dutch Star and cannot believe the continuing follow up, interest and help from Steinbring Motorcoach.We'll never purchase from anyone else.Sincerely,Lee and Marcia

Great experience overall. Customer service was over the top when picking up our new to us RV. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Minor hickups with RV itself prevented a 5 star rating. Staff did everything they could to remedy after discovered. A more thorough inspection prior to delivery MAY have prevented delay & continued issue.

To the Steinbring team . Thank you for the way you treat your customers.From the very first meeting after arriving from a flight from New York, I noticed things were very different than I envisioned. There was absolutely no pressure to finish the sales process. We were led to where the coach was and was told take all the time you need to look it over . After about an hour of looking over the coach we signed the purchase papers.We stayed at Steinbring three additional days to learn about the systems and how they work, and driving the coach, as we are motor coach newbies. Tim Wiltsey, our salesperson, was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. He was a straight up shooter from the very beginning. We could not have asked for anyone better. However, I met most if not all the sales and support people and they all have the same goal. Make the customer feel comfortable and confident and answered all questions truthfully. Tim even called me two week after we picked up the coach to see how we were doing.We came into the Steinbring dealership a customer and left feeling like family. I believe that s all due to the mentorship from Jon Steinbring. Side joke, (Jon, how is your older brother doing, LOL). This company is really a family business. If you were not actually family you were treated like you were.And if that s not enough you get to work with Randy Baker. Randy s the company go to guy when you don t know how or why something is not doing what you expect it to do. Randy also gives you his personal cell number to call with any questions. I did call on a holiday weekend and guess what Randy answered and solved my problem.Steinbring motor coach may not be the largest Newmar dealer in the US. But in my opinion they are the BEST Newmar dealer in the US.Larry Unger

Called to have a 1 or 2 hour emergency repair done on my Newmar DP Coach. First thing out of the service advisors mouth was "Did you buy it from us, so I can find you in our records?" I knew I was dead meat at that point. Couldn't get me in for 2 months. I am full time RV, and have never had that experience at the LAST FOUR Platinum Service Award Winner Newmar Service Centers I went to. Of course, maybe it was just the dealer,.....they were at all of the National Indoor RV Centers across the US. Thanks for throwing me under my bus Steinbring,.....I get it,......if you don't care to really help people when they are down,.........don't pretend to be super customer focused. I would of offered to pay overtime to get this done on the front or end of one of your techs days. If you buy from this place, .....someday your issue will not be important, ......and you will be me.

I should have left this review 3 years ago when I came from Florida to buy my RV here. From the start on the phone i got such a good vibe from the salesman. Man did I make the right decision. They were great!!The reason I m writing the review now is because after I did the walkthrough with their RV guru Randy he gave me his number in case I needed anything. I called him very often in the beginning because I was new to RV-ing. He always was there to answer my call or text. Fast forward 3 years and we pull into an RV Resort that advertised 50 amp hookups. Sure enough they only had 30. I have never had this issue and the power management manual is above my pay grade. I shot Randy a text at 9 PM Minnesota time and no less than two minutes later he called me and walked me through everything I needed to do.Steinbring is truly a family business and once you leave their in your new coach, you are a part of their family. No matter where in the country you are do yourself a favor and look no further than Steinbring to make your purchase.For the record, this is probably the 5th review I ve EVER done on any site.

We took our 2011 Newmar in for service. We had not purchased it from Steinbring, but didn't matter....still felt we were treated like Family!! Service dept exceeded our expectations...first class operation!! Thank You to entire staff at Steinbring!!!

Really nice people. Class Bs in Alex and Class As in Garfield. Talked to Ari in Alex and he was super helpful. Gave me the precise info I needed including realistic pricing. They had a good selection for a small place.

If you are considering purchasing a upscale motorcoach this is a good place to look. They have some of the nicest around. Tim the sales person is very good to work with.

Beautiful RV showroom with many varieties of RVs to view. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The service techs were very helpful. Plan to return when the need arises!

Very dishonest especially Lee spend hours putting a deal together got reservations at motel on Sunday call on Thurs everything a go call him fri. Calls me back and tells me he sold it to a walk in used car salesman

We have a repair shop in MN .We ordered many parts for a customers van in AUG 2018 and were charged for all parts prior to getting them and only received three parts of many and two of the three were wrong.As of 12-27-2018 we have not received the other parts.THIS COMPANY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO OUR BUSINESS!!!
