I won t get into too much detail but thank god for Glenn! My parents got stranded at Hardee s and Glenn was able to get their vehicle to start and got them on the road. After hours and for no charge! He will be getting a thank you card and a check from us! Definitely recommend this company! Thank you!!! We ran out of gas on the interstate while pulling our camper. I called AAA and waited for over an hour and they couldn t find anyone to help us and suggested I call around to find help myself. I then called this company, and they willingly drove 20 miles to bring us gas. Fast, courteous and helpful. So appreciative and would highly recommend.

Caleb at Glenn's Towing was Amazing!! After waiting 5 hours for my AAA tow truck to show up to find out AAA never had a truck actually coming. I called Glenn's late on a Sunday afternoon and Caleb came right out and safley towed my car 90 miles. I am so thankful.

Life saving customer service.I own a Tesla Model S and I ran out of charge unexpectedly at the 103 on ramp.Only needing to go another half mile to reach the super charging station I called a tow company and they replied that no one will tow you as it s not worth the hassle.Middle of winter and no charge this can be dangerous, made another call hoping for a better answer and Glenn s came right out and took care of me.Super appreciative of the service.With no other options they came out and saved the day.Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is stranded on the side of the road!

My family ran into ice near Alexandria and drove into the guardrail and ended up with a tire stuck on top of it and within minutes someone from Glenn s was there and started helping us. They got us off of the rail and onto a truck in less than 15 min. We didn t even call them they were just driving by and stopped to help! Amazing service, great people.

I was stranded early morning on a rainy cold day on a muddy road with a loaded semi. I called Glenn s and they were there in minutes. These guys go above and beyond to help you out. They towed me to shop and started working on my truck to get me back going again. Trips for parts and rides to and from motel they did it all. Very professional bunch of guys and more than accommodating. I was lucky to break down where I did when I found these guys. Recommend them to anyone. I crashed into the freeway barrier fence (black ice!) and Glenn's had a truck pulling me out within minutes. (police were there in 4 minutes, Glenn was there 2 minutes later!) Thank you for the quick rescue! Later, they towed my damaged vehicle 140 miles to my local repair shop. Thank you Glenn's!

Im not sure where to even start. We hit a deer on the highway with our RV this morning around 5 am. Being the day before july 4th almost all business's were closed and not answering their phones. We were able to get ahold of the on call tow service at glenns towing. Caleb came out to take a look at our RV and then came back with a large enough tow truck to pull us. He brought us back to the shop until we could figure out what we wanted to do with our busted radiator. We were carrying 3 dogs inour RV and he was super helpful and even offered water and an air conditioned room for them. Caleb worked really hard with us to call all local business's and look up parts himself. He found a radiator that would work for our RV and helped us out by taking the old radiator out while taking other calls throughout the day and we got our radiator replaced the same day and we are back on the road now at 7 pm the same day. Caleb literally saved us today and we are forever grateful. If you need a tow or repair and are in the area give glenns towing a call. They are the epitome of professionalism and excellent service. I honestly cant say enough good things about caleb and this business.

My car broke down on I-94 and these guys came to the rescue within half an hour of receiving my request for a tow. They were also able to get my car in the shop and fixed immediately and had me back on the road in no time for a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend!

We got stuck ON A LAKE on a Saturday during a snow storm after ice fishing. After calling around, this was the only place that would take the chance to come pull us out. After a long, hard, FREEZING struggle, the gentleman got us out safe and sound. We had nearly lost all hope and I have no idea how long we would have been out there or what we would have done had he not taken our call. He truly saved the day and we cannot thank him and this company enough for going way above and beyond.

Glen, s towing and repair was very nice and friendly they came and trouble shoot my truck n found my air compressor was bad they toe me to their and fix me up same day within fee hours, mark and Dillon were fantastic the job they did much appreciated they have my business from now on

Scott was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we got where we needed to be and waitinf for us to figure everything out so we werent stuck in the cold. 10/10 would always recommend.

It's never fun to go through car trouble but Glenn's Towing and Repair made it a very pleasant experience. Fast service, friendly staff, they even dealt directly with my insurance company. Would highly recommend them!

Hey Corey this is Felipe Velez from Best quality Logistics as an owner operator I ve never had the first service call truck come out to rescue us at two in the morning or three in the morning below 21� Winter weather, the best service I ve ever ever asked for from a tow truck company, I will recommend it five stars all the way

Took a car in that knowingly had a rear break cylinder leaking as well as brake pads gone. Said car was ready, I went to go pick it up, brakes not working properly and returned. Next day lady called my husband and stated they bled the brakes once again, hopefully the car is GOOD ENOUGH FOR HER THIS TIME Went and got the car plus a $450 bill for REAR BRAKE PADS & 1 CYLINDER!!!!!!!!!!!!Look elsewhere!!!

Couldnt find the -1star so one will have to do! Maybe they are smart enough to operate a tow truck or change a tire but loosening 2 fittings and removing a copper hose is beyond the relm of their capabilities! If its dumb stuff sure call them but if a wrench must turn save the time, call someone else!
