Very very knowledgeable staff anytime of the day... if they don t have your part in stock, they usually can get it later in the day or the next at the worst! I was just there again this morning and once again you guys are unreal for a Saturday morning at 8:45 AM everybody smiling and happy and really care about the customer service they are providing you can t get much better than that!

I never thought I would give any auto parts store a 5 star review but these guys were amazing. These guys were very knowledgeable and professional which is quite rare at a parts store these days. I am definitely making this my go to parts shop from here on out.

Driver needs to learn to be more courteous and learn to yeild for traffic almost ran into and even had the nerve to honk his horn after almost hitting me nov 14 18 about 3:20 pm in forest lake

Amazing staff. So knowledgeable and helpful. Always solving problems that the competition won't even try to do. Great inventory and if they don't have it, they'll get it today or tomorrow!

I love coming in and seeing the same people working year after year, they know you, they like what they do and they're very knowledgeable. Quick to get special orders in and they can find and look up anything.

I give them zero stars but that's not an option the worst service I've ever had at a NAPA storeHundred percent guarantee I will never be backThey would not help me at my hydraulic hose said they were too busy with one customer in the store and O'Reilly's I give them 5 stars they took care of me and under 10 minutes#Never again Napa

I prefer coming here over orielly. Usually my decision comes too the price on parts and what's in stock. But I much prefer coming here for my auto part needs. The staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. And usually if I have any questions or help with a particular repair I'm doing on my vehicle they're usually there to help

These guys know their stuff. They'll bend over backwards to help you figure out what the problem is and get you the right parts for the job. Prices are excellent as well. If you're in Forest Lake and looking for auto parts this is definitely the place to go!

The staff here is friendly and helpful. If you know what you need, it is much easier. They have many things for the same use so they cannot tell you which to pick really. They will give recommendations but ultimately, you should Know what you need. Plenty of parking too.,

ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I had called earlier this morning and was completely rude. The name was Brian and all he had to say was just complete non sense. Gross remarks, sarcastic laughs and nasty attitude. Knuckle Sandwich is well recommended for that guy.

The people who answer the phones here are not very friendly at all. I've called a few times and every time I have the same rotten experience. Well, at least they're consistent.

Not many selections of products on the floor (adhesives, fluids, cleaning supplies, etc). Staff never greets you when you go in. Stood at the counter waiting to buy something and 3 reps were on the phone, while the 4th stood there. I ended up leaving after a couple minutes and went elsewhere.

You can get everything from NAPA within a day and they give a discount for AAA members.They are close to me so they get the bulk of my business.

Lived in Forest Lake for 20+ years. Hoped NAPA Forest Lake would be my go-to auto parts. Many chances. Horrible service. DONE. Will spend dollars eslewhere.
