Had a great experience purchasing a used truck here. The sales team was super personable, and not at all pushy like I've experienced at other dealers. Andrew was my salesman and he made the process light and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back for my next used car purchase!

I had a wonderful car buying experience with Koppy. George was great salesperson and made us feel comfortable and not pressured by any means. It only wanted me to buy something from him even more. We worked with George and had a very good experience. The staff is friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable purchasing from them. They did a good job addressing any questions and concerns that we had and helped us find the right vehicle to fit our needs and budget. I am very pleased with the car we bought and they made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend Koppy Motors if you are in the market for a nice used vehicle.

Got too much pressure from Jim for an extended warranty on car purchased 10-1-22 and against my better judgement reluctantly got it. Also didn t like having to go back and forth about the interest rate I had from my credit union being better than theirs but the car I was interested in was too old. The conversation was really tacky. Have not gone through that at previous dealerships.Less than a year later I decided to sell the car and cancel the extended warranty. This was end of August 2023. I went into Koppy and Jim talked me into keeping the warranty while I was selling the car. Shame on me a 2nd time. He looked up the balance and I was shown that $2,200 was the balance remaining.A few days later I had to return again, Jim wasn t there but his fill in helped me cancel the policy. I signed paperwork, and got a printing of the cancellation.I asked how long would it take for the check? 10 business days? 3 Weeks? No, I was told probably longer. So I waited, and waited, and waited.. nothing, had to go back in and rather than end of August Cancellation (which I have paperwork that shows it was canceled) they resubmitted with a date of December. Just got the check, and it was close to a $500 difference from the balance I had end of August. So I guess now the customer takes the loss for the dealership s gaffe?

Had a great experience. Came in there already knowing what we wanted and Andrew and Matt couldn t have been better people. We didn t have to fight off sales pitches throughout our visit and Andrew made us feel safe in our decision. We will definitely keep an eye on their inventory for the future. 10/10

People are pretty nice that work here. Only needed to change a tire and have it mounted, but they got me in immediately and even offered to see if my other tire could be fixed. It was like they went above and beyond to get me rolling again. Safely anyways. Thanks guys. Def would recommend to anyone who can't do the work themselves.

I just returned to Massachusetts from buying a car at Koppy Motors and I would like to share my experience.We had been looking to replace a car that was totaled with the same or as close as possible and after a few months on all the online dealers I found just what we wanted at Koppy.The price was more than fair and the condition of the vehicle was fantastic.From the 1st phone call I was treated very seriously and all of my questions were answered in a very timely manner.The sales person was responsive and helpful,investigating all my concerns and showing me every detail of the car on Facetime.I had never purchased a car online before so I was a little weary but she made it so easy.I made sure to let her know I would not be able to fly out to pick up the car for 2 weeks but that was not an issue.After we decided we wanted the car for sure I was passed to the business manager and he was as helpful and responsive as the sales person.Every phone call was answered or returned immediately.They took a deposit and plans were arranged for me to fly out to Minnesota to pick up the car.They even sent a driver to the airport that morning to retrieve me.1400 miles later I was home with our new(to us) car,the car ran great the whole way!I would highly recommend buying from Koppy Motors and if you are doing it long distance like I was,have no fears,it was very smooth!Thank you DeAnna and Brad!

I wanted to update my review and just share a little bit about the truck I bought. I don't regret my decision with buying the truck for the most part its been working fine but I definitely, DEFINITELY had to put work into it. All new tires. Alignment, all new break pads and rotors. Tie rod inners and outers, new grill window. And now just today my fuel pump went out. Lucky I work at a shop where I can get my parts a lot cheaper than if I didn't and I do my own labor. But the truck was stressed that it could've been sold more than what it was. Which when I looked up the average price it is true. But even the amount they sold it to me there was a lot of work I wasn't expecting. Now when I took it on the little test drive I did notice some issues that I brought and but the price of the truck was still non negotiable. I did but the truck knowing there would be some things but I didn't expect this much. For the past for months. It's ended up in the shop about 4-5 times. Where if I was a regular customer at a shop the total amount of work would easily have been over 2k. And I just bought the truck 4 months ago. So this long story is just to say I don't think they have mechanics or technicians looking at the cars. So make sure you have someone with you to make sure. It still is a good truck and I wouldnt change my mind about buying it. But definitely bring someone or bring it somewhere before a final purchase to get it looked at especially when the price doesn't add up to the average sale price

It was great to work with Coppi Motors and DeAnna in particular. I received prompt response and advice at any time. If necessary, additional photos were sent to me, since I was far away and bought a car online. Delivery was quick and the car delivered fully met my expectations. Thanks a lot guy!

Hello people, I have bought two cars from Koppy Motors in the last 12 months and have had nothing but good luck with them and the cars. They gave me a grate price for my first one and I bought my Jeep Compass with no problems. I worked wit DeAnna and she was great to work with on the whole deal. I would buy my next car from them without a hesitation. love the Jeep.

I recently bought my very first car there (2010 Ford Fusion), and everyone made the experience very easy for me from finding options to test driving to making a decision and financing. Both Kevin, who helped me find my car and a loan, and Brad, who helped me sign my paperwork, were very helpful and willing to take the (very long!) time to walk me through all the details of the process.I decided to take the car I chose to an auto shop for a second opinion before buying it, and the mechanic told me that there was virtually nothing wrong with it, and that even he would buy one like that.Highly recommend!

I had nothing but a Great experience! I found the preowned Corvette online from Colorado, called to get information on the car, it appeared to be a great deal. I flew out, they even picked me up at the airport! When I got to the dealership, HOLY COW!!! The car was everything they said it was and more!! I drove it home to Colorado and it even passed the STRICT emissions test!! I can t say enough good about my whole experience! Mark

All the staff at Koppy was incredibly helpful when we were looking to purchase a new truck. George helped us through the process and was incredibly honest and knowledgeable about the truck we were interested in. They worked with the unforseen delays we had in purchasing and were patient and kind through the whole process. Will definitely be coming back when looking to purchase another vehicle.

Without a doubt I give this place a 5 star. I m very pleased with how great this experience went considering I was getting my first vehicle. I ended up picking a ranger which is what I ve always wanted, that alone was a plus. I had been communicating with Carter who is a salesman there, throughout the whole process he was very kind and compassionate and always got back not too much later when I had a question to ask. He even made it so we got the process moving quicker and all I had to do was sign papers when I arrived. I am beyond impressed with how well these people treat their customers, truck was even very clean inside out when I picked it up. Thank you Carter and to all at Koppy who helped me make this possible and getting me my truck I couldn t be more happy with, this will always be memorable for me. I m excited to begin my journey with her. God bless you all.

Andrew was very kind to my father and I 3/8. He took the time to allow us to look at a vehicle very close to when the dealership closed, knowing that it would likely be a waste of his time. He was honest, gave us a bunch of great information about the vehicle, and did what he could to try to make it work for us. I just wanted to recognize him for taking the time when he definitely did not need to. This will definitely be a dealership on my list looking for vehicles in the future.

The easiest dealership experience I ve ever had. I was debating whether I d sell my car online or to a dealership, but it was a no brained decision once I reached out to Koppy and they immediately offered to matched what I expected to get. A 5 minute phone call, and 5 minutes at the dealership to allow them to test drive the car and write me a check was all the time it took! Also, Brad was very personable and friendly! Overall, I couldn t recommend Koppy enough!

Bought my first car here, a 1999 Nissan Frontier with almost 200,000 miles on it. Good condition considering its age and wear, stood out in a good way; other cars I looked up with similar price and miles were in much worse shape, usually severely rusted. Not so here!Sold to me by Andrew Koppy, who was friendly, helpful, and honest about the condition of the car.Drove away happy.
