One stop, same day service to install a new windshield and calibrate the camera for the lane departure warning, etc. on our 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. Also had a rock chip repair in less than an hour on the windshield of our other vehicle. Very knowledgeable. Prompt, friendly service on both appointments. Driver backed into my car hitting it at gas station, parked it while still in contact with my front bumper, and said it was my fault due to where my car was parked, refused to move it. Called to report to his boss, same guy answered and still was no help.

D's Auto Glass in Forest Lake is the best!! I had an appointment but had to cancel because of Covid so instead he came and picked up our truck, left his van, finished the job at his shop, came back with our truck and dealt with the insurance!! Can't say enough nice things about Darius!!! So happy and grateful! We are now forever clients!! Made being sick so much less stressful! Thank you so so much!Service: Auto rear window replacement

It was a great experience!! Very professional, clean and expert at his trade. Went over and above to get my windshield replaced. Came in when they are closed just to replace my windshield because of difficulty finding a day open in my schedule.Will recommend highly!!

We have had three windshields replaced by D's Auto Glass over the past several years and have always been completely satisfied. Loved my entire experience with D. He made the entire hassle of getting my windshield replaced really very easy and it cost way less than ABRA or Safelite quoted me. The guy really knows his stuff and says he's ten time more careful than other technicians because he puts a lifetime warranty on all of his work. Still, he told me not to be shy if I notice anything, so that's good. Definitely recommended.

had my windshield replaced two weeks ago By D's Auto glass. In replacing the windshield when I picked up the car I was told that both of the side molding along my windshield were broken and they I should replace them soon. I was told that they had added some silicone to keep them on in the meantime. On my drive home both side molding flew off onto the road leaving my windshield exposed. I replaced the side molding the next day. a week after getting my new windshield I incurred 2 cracks in the drivers side corner that were both about 8" long. I brought it back to the shop and asked if this was covered. I was told that because there was an "impact" to the windshield it would not be covered by the "lifetime" warranty. I then proposed paying for the new windshield a second time and asking for them to waive the install fee. I was told that could not be done either. My guess is a rock or something hit the exposed windshield corner in the time that the moldings flew off the car. No help or care was given in this situation and no compromise for a second windshield in two weeks was given either. I will be taking my car to a different shop and letting those I referred to D's know to go elsewhere also. Also when I was talking through the situation with the employee I was interrupted two times by people calling in a was cut off mid sentence so that the phone could be answered and I had to wait while the phone call could be finished. no concern was given to my situation.

Unfortunately this wasn't a great experience, in fact I can't believe they advertise Life Time Warranty! I've used other companies over the years and have never had an issue. But this particular instance was quite aggravating! I had an arched crack in the glass of my 2014 Ford Taurus, across the bottom of my windshield by my wipers completely out of the way of my view! Knowing from past experiences that their are a lot of pressure points to these windows we asked if they use the actual Ford glass that is designed for this car, we were told YES ,that they would order that! However, the glass brought to replace the window was not such glass! It was of corse a generic replacement glass (so that they make more money off the arrangement) which did not get properly sealed, when my husband had noticed that the seal was not correct in the upper driverside corner of my windshield, upon there investigation of the corner, the glass cracked( again did I mention the unique pressure point these cars seem to have) my husband had also mentioned that this was not the glass he had told them was needed for my car! After the glass was installed and broken, I was informed that it shouldn't leak due to the dual layer glass that has a film in between the layers (which is why when a window cracks or shatters it doesn't just crumble into the car!) NOT true, due to the window not being sealed properly, it did leak , when it rained I had water running down the inside of the car! Not to mention the three cracks running down the window from the top corner of the DRIVERS side, also had immediately spred downward and then straight across the window to the passenger side of the car! Completely through the line of site! Which by the way is illegal to drive that way! But I did carry around there paper so that I could show the police this was a NEW window! They did not even bother to offer to replace the now more broken window than what was removed from my car, and tried to blame my husband for pushing on it and breaking it! And had NO trouble billing my insurance for $824.37 for the busted mess they left me with! Upon having to have another company come out to replace the mess I now had, that is how we found out that the window Was NOT sealed properly( like my husband tried to point out) which is why it broke and leaked! Not to mention, NOT the right glass! So there LIFE TIME WARRANTY is BS and they should be careful, they never know who has family that works for places like the BBB! I could have very easily caused this company a lot of grief, even though I really should have, I'll settle for warning the next FORD TAURUS owner to go elsewhere! Oh did I also mention now my insurance has been raised because I had to make a second claim to fix this mess, so I've learned my lesson, to stick to the people I know do what is asked of them , because now I'll be paying for this mess monthly as well!

My son recommended D s to me and I m glad he did. It was nothing like my past experience. I hope that I don t need to do this often, but if I have a cracked windshield again, I would only use them.

Very friendly and proffesional service. Went out of their way and actually came to my work to pick my car up to bring to the shop. Above and beyond! Would definitely come back and WILL be telling my friends and family to use them.

Rude Man answers phone and hangs up immediately after I ask if the company name is D's Auto Glass and to speak to someone in HR/Payroll. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
