Very timely service.Very detailed workman ship.Extremely happy with their service.Went to pick up the car and it was detailed inside and out beautifully.Highly recommend...Dealt with the insurance company and everything. All I did was drop it off. And pick it up.

I've been here three times already(three different claims) and their paint quality has always been among the best. They take the extra mile to ensure your vehicle meets or exceeds satisfactory before returning your vehicle to you. They also read your feedbacks and if you were not happy about something they would call you back and make sure to correct anything.

The staff are extremely professional and explained the process clearly. I appreciated the text updates to inform me of what was being done to my car. The process went smoothly and I would defiantly utilize their services in the future, although I hope I won t have to.

Caliber was a pleasure to work with. While we were unable to have them repair our Sienna, they were prompt and courteous in dealing with our total loss. Will not hesitate to contact them again... although I hope I never have to.

Like any collision place, you don't want to have to go to one. However, Caliber Collision always does an excellent job of getting the client through the process. Their customer care people are down to earth yet straight forward. They also are great at communication. Their technicians are the best in the business and so top notch work.No complaints here!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Raeann was very helpful and kept consistent communication throughout the repair process. They went the extra mile by not only detailing and washing my vehicle, but they somehow managed to get my rear panel, which was stained yellow due to a sprinkler with well water, back to white. While I hope I never need to go back, Caliber will absolutely be my first choice if I ever do.

The Caliber team was great. I was concerned about turning in my leased vehicle with a small scratch on the door. They buffed it out and sent me on my way - no charge! And no insurance deductible! Awesome folks - will definitely use them again if necessary.

All repairs looks great. Only complaint was vehicle was not clean or detailed. Some fiber stuff got left all over my car I had to take extra time to clean. Also left seat belt indent in my rear leather seats due to folddown without removing belt.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my car here per recommendation of my auto insurance. They did a terrible job cleaning up the mess from my car. There was still glass everywhere the first time I picked it and refused to take my car home. They assured me that they would get it clean and I could return to pick it up. Left my car there and two days later, was told that it has been cleaned up and ready for pick up. Went to pick it up and there were still small pieces of glass debris in the back. I was very upset but because it was such an inconvenience to me, I just brought my car home. I will no longer be taking my service here ever again. My insurance company should be ashamed of themselves for standing behide such a terrible company.

Caliber did an amazing job on fixing up my vehicle. The vehicle was in the shop no longer than a week and it came out amazing. The communication between service and customers is clear and transparent as well. Even though they had numerous vehicles ahead of me,they kept me posted and did an Amazing job!! I would recommend them 100% The staff was always friendly and helpful!They made me feel better in an not to great circumstance. My 2017 Buick vehicle looks like a new one.

This is where you go to get a professional job done and great customer service. They we re always communicating throughout the process and it made me feel reassured that everything would be taken care of which took a lot of stress off of me, they go the extra mile when it comes to taking care of there clients and they finished my vehicle early which just made my week.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This location is really great to work with. My vehicle was totaled in an accident that was not my fault. Insurance ended up being a lengthy process (two months) and it was finally totaled out. Kevin was wonderful to work with and very patient as my vehicle sat there waiting for an outcome. He communicated consistently as he worked with insurance adjustors to resolve the situation. I would recommend this company and location to anyone who needs a damaged vehicle repaired.

Just had a great experience with Heidi, Kelly and the team at Caliber Collision. Thought they went above and beyond, quick to respond and answer questions,... all at a fair price. Will do business with them again should the need arise - and hopefully it won't.

I had never used Caliber Collision before but when I hit a deer and my car was no longer drivable my insurance company sent my vehicle to Caliber. With all of the uncertainty and back orders with car repairs, I was uneasy on how the process would go. This shop not only did a great job on my repairs and made my car beautiful again but the staff was amazing at keeping me updated and working with me. Specifically Kevin stayed in communication with me every week letting me know what parts they were waiting for and making sure everything was up to my standards/expectations. Once everything was in and they were working on the car, I was getting near daily updates. I couldn't recommend this company more on their quality of work and communication.
