Knowledgeable staff and great techs! Found a break in my commuter car wiring I couldn t. They even resolved some issues on my resto mod cutlass and were happy to help!

Kathy is such a gem! They are always extremely helpful in taking care of my vehicles for me. I've been coming here for over a decade and have not had a bad experience to date. Highly recommend!

I just picked up our new travel trailer in Little Falls, MN today. And on the way back my seven way plug disconnect and dragged long enough that it wore through and wouldn t work. You can understand my frustration as this thing was literally 30 minutes off the dealer lot. I just happened to stop at the Foley Speedway where K&K Tire and Auto is located next to. If it wasn t -10 degrees I could have spent the time to fix and re-splice all the wires. But I was without tools, Adam and the team at K&K tire and auto took my trailer in and got me off and running better than the trailer was straight from the dealer. They could have easily said sorry we can t get you in today. They had other customers. And I would have completely understood. But they helped me out. And I could not be more grateful. Thank you all at K&K. Thank you!

Great friendly service & knowledgeable staff. Great warranty on their tires. When we were in Texas We picked up a nail in one of our new tires. We called Kathy & she dropped everything to get us the help We needed so We didn't have to buy 4 new tires. They let us know when our vehicles need service and never push any work We don't need.We have been going to K & K for over 20 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. We highly recommend their establishment.

Just started a trip up to Duluth from St Cloud and noticed our vehicle was extremely "bouncy". After googling nearby mechanics, we called K&K and explained what was happening, they told us to swing by. They immediately got us in and after about an hour & $60, we were back on the road--the bounce completely gone!! Everyone at the shop was extremely nice! Worth the drive from St cloud for any work needed!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I've had wonderful service at K&K. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they get me in last minute when I am in need. They are also great at helping with the preventative and maintenance care for my car.Their owner is very helpful when it comes to picking out tires. I purchased tires through them about three years ago and will be getting my next set this fall.

Great customer service, they call you to keep you up to speed on the services being performed, the mechanical issues they find or any warranty situations and as soon as the work is completed..

We were on our way to Duluth and had mud in our tires(causing quite the shake on our van) that simply needed pressure washed out! Stopped by and they very kindly let us use their pressure washer to clean them out, no charge! Thank you so much!! Was perfect solution!Service: TiresService: Tires

Go figure, my truck breaks down a couple of days right before our vacation. These guys got my truck up and running just in time. Can't be beat in my eyes. Thanks you so much for making sure we could still go on vacation K&K!!!I do not have a bad thing to say about any of my experiences with the folks at K&K. I am a very happy customer and would recommend them to everyone.

I do like this place for getting my car serviced. They keep good records off what they have done. Repaired a problem they had delt with several months before at no extra charge. I was in for routine oil change and was reminded that the tires I had purchase the year before were due for rotation, they would do it then if I had a couple of extra minutes. That service was included with the original tire purchase.Small waiting area with coffee, water, TVand WI FI. The service tech will come there and discuss any issues they may find before doing more than asked for when the appointment was made.

Great service, thank you for getting my truck in for a tune up, with such a short notice, so,I could leave on my trip. The tires are great & this is the best gas mileage I have gotten since I bought my truck. I highly recommend this business for honest, fast & friendly service.

My wife and daughter brought a 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo in to install two used front tires. 24 hours later my daughter is found on Interstate 35 with a flat tire. The installer who installed my used tires ripped the bead on the tire and CONTINUED TO INSTALL IT!!!!!. My daughter not knowing that her tire was ruined drove up north. Needed to get out of her car on the interstate to flag some help. They needed to install the spare tire to get her on her way. The tow truck driver charge my daughter $90 to install her spare. I then bring this to their attention at K&K Auto. And they showed me rudeness zero credibility and just downright not caring what so ever. Maybe they shouldn't Mount used tires anymore if they can't even stand bye their own mechanics. They couldn't even apologize. I will never even look their way anymore for help and for those who are reading this should do the same!!!!

They've replaced my tranny and water pump. My car is running great. Now these are the only people who touch my car for any/all issues. I highly recommend them. The service is great and the staff is super friendly.

Brought car in for an oil change and they said it needed new tires, inner tie rods, and a wheel bearing. We did the wheel bearing and bought tie rods and had them install. After they installed them the car was still shaky so we replaced tires. Even after that something didn t seem right, called them a few months later because the alignment was off and they looked at it and said the tie rods we got were junk and need replacing AGAIN! I brought it to someone else and got the lifetime warranty on their parts and he said that typically this never happens after replacing the tie rods such a short time ago, even if the parts weren t very good. He also said it looks like the tie rods are very worn, way more than a few months of use worn, almost like they weren t changed when we told him they were changed, or someone did a REALLY bad job replacing them. Will never go back to this place again which is a bummer because I like supporting local businesses.

Extremely rude front desk. If you want to wear that much makeup and portray yourself as stuck up and self centered, get out of that hole in the wall and move to the suburbs. Don t be a yuppie in a small town auto center
