We have been with Town and Country for many years and their service is outstanding. Jenni is an amazing person with a wealth of knowledge. She has guided us through a very complicated health insurance system. She does it with grace, intelligence and humor. We leave our appointments secure in the knowledge that Jenni has presented the best options for us. Great Insurance Agency!

Joni at Town and Country was great to work with. She worked hard to meet our needs. Was very patient and got us the best deal. Not only was she able to save us money ($200 a month) but we are also covered far better than with our previous company. We're very happy!

I have been so appreciative of the assistance, guidance and knowledge that Jeni Olander has give me during the last 4 or 5 years as I worked through individual health insurance selection. She is very patient (listening to my input and feedback or grumbling...as to health insurance . Jeni is so easy to work with and learns who I am and what I need; she makes it appear easy when we know it takes a lot to put the pieces together. I have worked with Town and Country many years for business insurances, and this personal insurance hunt was just as thorough and easy to handle because of the staff we work with. Thank you for the great service!

Jenni was so helpful and patient while helping me choose insurance. Jenni knows what she is doing. Very friendly . The offices at town and country are set up nicely so you get private conversations. Definitely be back for my insurance needs.

Nancy has been great to work with. She is very knowledgeable, always promptly answering my many questions, and very helpful in guiding us through the insurance requirements needed to grow our business. She is very efficient, making it simple to keep our changing insurance needs up to date. When she was out of town, Angie helped us out, answering our questions and getting us fast quotes.

Jeni olander was the best! She helped my family find an affordable health insurance when everywhere else turned us down or gave us wrongful information. I couldn't believe how quick and simple she made it for us to get signed up! Amazing lady!

Traveling abroad and need travel medical insurance? No problem! Give Town & Country a call. When I reached out just inquiring if I was able to get this coverage through them for my daughter traveling to Norway on a Viking Hike in the mountains, I had an answer within minutes from Sam. It was a fast, easy process with many options in coverage.

I live in St. Paul, but grew up in Pine City and still have T&C do my and my partners' insurance. Joni makes sure we have what we need, makes sure we're not over or under protected, and is always willing to jump on the phone with us. The whole firm is very professional, courteous, and kind. I love it!

April in Finlayson is great to work with - along with the rest of the staff! Always friendly and courteous. We just changed our vehicle and homeowners insurance over to Town and Country - very easy process, we were able to do most of it via email which is convenient and as a bonus ...we'll be saving nearly $2000 annually compared to our previous company!! Thanks, April for all of your help!

As an insurance wholesaler, we've worked with several thousand agencies throughout the midwest and would rank Town & Country as one of the most professional. They have been our agent for our commercial package for quite some time; and we have had nothing but the finest experience with them. Nancy cares about our business.

We had flooding at our cabin and the furnace was damaged along with our water heater. Town and Country was fantastic in evaluating our situation and getting us a check quickly to cover the damage. I highly recommend Town and Country if you are looking for a great dependable insurance company!

I needed my car on the road ASAP, and not only that, but my family from Montana was helping me by paying for it. Town & Country was there for us, and in less than 24 hours, my car was insured, titled in MN from WA, registered, tabbed, and safely on the roads! Judy was there for us every step of the way, and I felt she went that extra mile for my family. If there was a 6th star , I'd give it to Judy!

Nancy was available on very short notice. I was visiting her on behalf of Pine City Yellow Ribbon, and her manner was professional and friendly. After discussing the matter at hand with the person in charge, I e-mailed Nancy asking her to furnish me with some forms. I had them via e-mail within minutes of my request. I would highly recommend Nancy Pogatchnik as an insurance professional.

Insurance coverage and policies are constantly changing. There is no way a person can stay on top of it. Our agent Barb Rabe is very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable in helping guide us through the process of what policies best fit our needs.
