Got my tires changed and it went great plus prices weren t bad

They did a good job but charged way too much and doesn't have any form of financing options. I had to leave my car up there for two and a half months because what he was charging I could not afford and he didn't have me financing options where I could go get my car and pay in installments.I needed a new steering rack and after I ordered one offline he charged to be labor to install that one and then he charged me labor to take it out when he realized it didn't fit correctly and then he charged me labor a third time to put a different unit in in the unit threw him was expensive and he didn't want to use what I bought. I'm grateful he got it done however getting hit with three different labor charges after I explained how many sensitive the issue was.I'm hoping to never have to drive up past Hinckley again

Car needed to get in asap for break system issues. Got an appointment within days. They were able to diagnose and repair the issues within hours. Needed a caliper, rotors and pads. So thankful to get my vehicle in and taken care of so quickly. Other places were 6 weeks out. I only have the one vehicle so it's important to get repairs done sooner. Thanks. While waiting, I could hear other customers discussing problems with the staff and they too were figured out quickly.

This place has good customer service. They fix tires, they have gas for sale, it's overall a great place to visit.

Just filled the boat it s going to be an expensive year on the lake for fuel. Deep rock is always competitive

Stay away, all the local deep rocks are crooks. Look for the single owner service station.
