My sister had RV towed to Wallwork Truck Center. They let her plug in for a few days. They diagnosed the problem as needing a new distributor cap and oil change. Total $634 originally. They had 2.5 hours of labor, diagnostic fees, miscellaneous fees, parts ($60 for a cap) plus $80 oil change. They agreed to $456. They replaced the distributor cap and oil change. That didn t fix it so they said that it would be entire distributor. That doesn t fly right with me. They also claim the cap from the ujoint was missing so they were going to charge $250 for that. $700 worth of work. I paid the $455 (should not have paid for anything but the oil change). She had it towed to another mechanic. Less than two hundred later, new spark plug wires and a ujoint from another RV, they are headed on the road perfectly fine. Today Wallworks calls me up to get my sister to change review on Google. Give me a break! The audacity.

We blew out a tire around 10:30 at night on a one way trip from Seattle. We drove to the shop and Jim met us to service it. Great guy, great service! He ended up getting us back on the road to Minneapolis fast! Thanks again!

Was told I needed a new radiator in a 1 year old truck as this one had developed a crack. Agreed to have it replaced and upon picking up the truck the mechanic and service writer had said it was just a lose hose clamp but didn't realize it until it was too late. To verify this I took the old radiator to a 3rd party shop and had it tested which it passed. They will not help out at all on the 3,000 dollar bill, they will not answer my phone call, respond to my voicemails and no manager in service will call me back. Have tried contacting for 3 months now. Stay away.

I was called this morning, I make a questing if you have a person that speak Spanish, He answered me, we live in the USA, we do not have staff who speak Spanish. it is very racist

Knowledgeable parts staff, good inventory, great facility. The only truck dealer in Fergus, glad to have them here.
