I have always had my car serviced with Ultimate Auto Safety and have been impressed with their knowledge and quality of work. I would recommend anyone to get their vehicle repairs done here.

So far, it's a five star place. It was a reasonable price for good attention for what could be wrong with my vehicle. But I am still going through the process because he has to order parts and put me in the schedule again. With my brief conversation with him, I feel like he is very efficient and knowledgeable to fix the problems.

I my 1984 c10, was having electrical issues the gauge cluster wouldn't light up and some other stuff my wiring was pretty bad but they were able to fix it for what I feel was a pretty good price so now my gauges and stuff work good and they still do as I am writing this a year after I got it fixed im super grateful for it I am also taking my truck in for all my bushings to be done here I highly recommend them! as I have gone to other places that have done nothing but over charge (mn motors) or mess it up somehow every time I take it there (nelsons) this is the only place I have gone to that I felt hasn't over charge me and they have not messed up

As for my first time going to Ultimate Auto Safety i was very impressed with the customer service i received. I feel all my questions were answered. Great folks there. Simply went in to get some things checked over before i put new tires on and they narrowed everything down for me, and was very helpful. Looking to get some more work done real soon here. So far i love the environment they have to offer, great place. I indeed recommend them. I know others who bring their personal vehicles in there and it has been highly recommended to me.

My Van lost power as I was going across the state of Minnesota, I went to the shop, they called the owner in to diagnose it, WHO WAS ON VACATION , to fix my vehicle, within an hour he figured out it was the fuel filter, the owner who was on vacation ,came in the shop and fixed my fuel filter, and they only charged me around $97. The people were really friendly and really considerate and really helpful, they was really concerned with my problem

I had my car serviced to address one issue I was aware of, and was told my vehicle was also leaking transmission fluid from the pan. Paid for both services to be completed and the next day noticed there was still leaking transmission fluid. Brought it back and was told it was antifreeze leaking, which wasn t what I mentioned, and stated they needed to check again because it was definitely transmission fluid. Turns out it was a power steering fluid leak (which is the same fluid as ATF), which ironically is located where the transmission is by the rack and pinion. $1,200 later, I question the validity of the original diagnosis, and thoroughly disgusted that it took several visits to remedy . No apologies and when I asked if there was something that could be done given the multiple visits I had to make, I was given a $15 discount. I chose this business based on multiple recommendations from others in the area, but they failed in my opinion. I definitely don t recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are the real deal. Wes, John, and Alex are great people, knowledgeable, and genuinely care not only about your vehicle, but you as a person. They have always made me feel like I'm their #1 priority no matter what they have going on. Their repairs are top notch and their prices are very fair. They are and will continue to be my go to place for my vehicles needs.

I brought my car in to get it looked over to see what needed to be fixed on it to make it through the winter and they put dye in my tank because I knew I had an oil leak but didn't know where it was coming from. I brought it home and it wouldn't start the next day, so maybe a coincidence... I got it towed back to their shop and they looked it over and said it needed a new battery and alternator which would be nearly 1000$, so I paid that and they also said I needed to fix the oil leak and needed a new water pump and serpentine belt, but they failed to mention that there was water in my oil. This is kind of a beater car and I made it clear that I don't want to put money into it if the repairs were too much, so they were going to charge me for all of that which was nearly another 1000$ and not even mention the water in my oil. So I didn't bring my car back. And I was charged over $100 just for them to figure out what is wrong with it, but again, they failed to mention my biggest problem of all, the water in my oil.

I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Safety and its crew, they are top notch. They are honest people that do great work at a great a great price, you won't find anywhere else better. Not only do I bring my work vehicles there but I also bring all my personal vehicles there to be worked on. I brought my car in for an indistinct "raw" gas smell...they spent time running codes, calling the Subaru dealer for recalls/warranty, and tightening hose clamps. They did all this with a smile on their face and didn't charge me a penny. I would've happily paid for the services and won't expect it free next time, but they won me over. The receptionist and mechanic that helped me were exceptional.

Phenomenal service! James and the staff are probably some of the best mechanics I have encountered. They are extremely fair, honest, and when other shops have provided us with an outrageous quote for work that doesn't even need to be done, they find the true issue and fix it. Definitely use these guys!

Amazing products and even better customer service. On a day I couldn't get away from work, they came and got my car, installed new tires, and brought it back to me. So impressed! I gladly will recommend Ultimate Auto Safety.

Compared to any type of business, customer service here is top notch. 5 star service. Went there full of anxiety about my repair bill, left there very relieved and feeling better about my situation. The guys there are extremely honest and upfront about everything.

Got a diagnostic from them and they told me that my engine was cracked and that I needed a whole new engine. But I went somewhere else and it was only a rocker arm that popped out which was only a $138.00 fix. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.

My first time going to ultimate auto safety they are very nice and professional. They fixed what needed to be done in a timely matter. I recommend this place to everybody. Im satisfied with this company

Brought my 1990 Cadillac in for some engine work and new shocks. Bill was 200.00 more than estimate and my car ran terrible and leaked oil like never before AFTER the work was done. New spark plug wires hung over the oil reservoir and they didn't plug the air pump back in after replacing shocks. Owner James K. clamped plug wires; checked shocks for leaks at my request but also drove car 50miles-and couldn't explain why he drove it. Took car to MN Motors turns out new spark plug owner James K put in was cracked and plug wire torn-and oil pan gasket James replaced had to be replaced again-car's computer was reset by Ultimate Auto Safety so check engine light wouldn't come on-car's computer was reset by MN Motors mechanic -cost another $1000.plus dollars in addition to $1111.00 I paid James K-who told me I also needed to replace transmission asap-to the tune of $2000. plus.Talked to James K who said he would refund the money it cost to have MN Motors repair the work he'd done because as he put it "we dropped the ball" but he hasn't. (turns out there is nothing wrong with the car's transmission) This all took place May-July 2016-I showed James K the cracked spark plug and torn plug wire-I wouldn't let James K touch my car with a magic wand. I guess this little old lady looked like an easy target to James K

I went to get an alignment done and they did alignment and told me I need to fix the pitman arm and come back for an alignment. And then was very rude about it and charged me 86$
