I bought the John Deere X739 from a private seller, along with the mower deck, snowthrower, and soft cab. Each of the staff with whom I've dealt has provided top notch service, including the truck and driver who came out, picked up the tractor, and returned it after completing the services required. I would recommend them for whatever purchase or service you might need.

Helpful and friendly. They didn't hesitate to help me with my problems without charging me. Though my item will need service it's good to know you have a business that cares in the area.

Whenever I have any equipment that needs to be brought in to a dealership for repair, I first think of the Fergus Falls RDO shop, they have experienced technicians that are able to correctly diagnose the issue and get my machine back to me, not only a was quickly, but working well for me again.In my experience, everyone from the store manager, to the technician working on the machine, are friendly and pleasant to work with.

I was very impressed with the staff at Fergus Falls RDO, they were helpful, friendly and professional. The Covid 19 virus made it a little more difficult for me to purchase my new tractor but we were able to work it out. I want to give a special thank you to Eric Watt for all the help in making this sale happen.

I was calling around looking for a 2025 R John Deere with a backhoe.I spoke with Eric Watt who is a salesman at RDO equipment.I work in sales. I called 7 different John Deere dealers none of them were as helpful as Eric.Eric went way above and beyond giving me the information on the tractor I was searching for. I. I bought it from another dealership but only because that dealership had the tractor in stock. I would have loved to buy it from Eric. I will buy my extra parts from Eric at RDO equipment. If you're looking for tractors or parts go speak with Eric, You won't be sorry.

Was just there with my great-grandson ,Noah and his Mom and Dad. RDO was gracious enough to grant a birthday wish--a ride in a big John Deere tractor.Thank you RDO for making a little boys dream come true. It's gonna be a long time before that smile will diminish. He's gonna remember that ride forever.Thanks again for being so kind !!

Great knowledgeable staff everyone is very helpful and informative. I take my employers lawn tractor here every year for the usual service and they are very thorough in letting me know if something is going to need to be looked at in the future and to keep an eye on it.

They were great to deal with, I worked with Taylor and he did a nice job , I bought a new 1025R with a loader and rear blower , it's a great little tractor.

Ran out of gas heading up I94. These guys sold us a few gallons so we could get in to town and fill up. Recommend 100%! Thanks again RDO.
