Brad with Ottertail Coaches was wonderful! He has driven for us multiple years when we have a workshop in North Dakota and I'd recommend him to anyone - so kind, helpful, and punctual. Their pricing is fair and their team is also very communicative, and flexible with our itinerary as it changed over time. Great experience!

I swear the bus drivers around here are so incompetent not only have we had issues with them in the past and dropping my daughter off at the wrong stops or just not ensuring she gets where she needs to go in general but in the morning the bus stops in front of house and because the other kids wait across the street at the apartment building since most of them live over there they want her waiting over there too which makes zero sense for her to cross the street to wait just to cross the street again to get on the bus since it stops on our side
