We had been to three other dealerships in our search to find a truck to buy. Candy Olson at Nelson Ford in Fergus Falls was by far the best salesperson we met along the way. She found us the perfect truck and made the process seamless. They gave us the best offer for our trade in also, We will go back to that top notch dealership in the future and work with her for future needs. They have massage chairs in the lobby. It was a big hit with us!!!

We went there to test drive a specific vehicle. The sales manager recommended another vehicle for us to look at also. We ended up buying the vehicle the sales manager recommended for us! We love it. More than what we expected, right in our price range. It was a perfect day. Everyone we talked with was pleasant, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience all around!

They know how to take care of a customer, very efficient service. Candy, Mark, And Margie were awesome and I have to say the gentleman who went through all of the paperwork with us was also great. I would highly recommend Nelson Auto Center in Fergus Falls, great dealership to work with.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Nelson Ford in Fergus Falls, Mn. I have to say that it was the easiest and most satisfying vehicle purchasing experience ever. I have bough many vehicles over the years and there has always been a little bit of dread involved. Not at Nelson Ford. The staff was friendly, helpful, reasonable and not high pressure. A very relaxed atmosphere and plenty of personal attention. Our sales rep Joe Docimo was super great and a real down to earth guy. I would highly recommend anyone to consider Nelson Ford for their next vehicle buying experience.

Had a great experience at Nelson Ford. Arrived for my appointment at 10:10 am. Test drove the vehicle, was quoted a very fair price for my trade in. Carlos was very good to work with. The finance department was quick and respectful. Didn't shop around my credit to avoid taking a hit on inquiries. And was able to beat the interest rate on my pre approval. All told the process took only 3 hours. I will definately buy here again.

The service department was able to help me out on a recent trip traveling near Fergus Falls. While they didn t have an appointment available, they found time to look at my vehicle and complete a small repair so that I could return home as scheduled a couple days later. They were clear in communicating their constraints, and then over-delivered. Thanks to my service advisor Troy and the team for helping us out even when the team was short-staffed between Christmas and new years! I really appreciate you.

Very impressed with the inventory at the dealership. I had several options to choose from. The vehicle I chose was priced fairly, I felt, and candy was very pleasant to work with. I also liked that she called a few days later to check in. The perks like a jacket, gift card and prize drawing were a nice touch. It did take a while to connect with the finance person, but they were short staffed that day so I can overlook that. Overall a good experience

The salesman James, took time to find what type of pickup we were looking for and was patient with us, without pressure, to decide on the right vehicle F150, stayed in contact with us. Darrin, sales manager also asked if we had any questions. Every department is very friendly and helpful, treats you like family.

This is easily the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto service center!!! I was traveling through the area from North Dakota to Wisconsin and discovered my ball joint was acting up. These guys helped me out when I was in a pinch and had me back on the road in under 2 hours! Very friendly and willing to help!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced! Wish we had you guys in Wisconsin! Thanks again!!!

I got an alignment done on my 2016 F150 that I installed a lowering kit on, which respectively put my alignment out of spec. The alignment technician did a perfect job of getting the alignment into spec and driving perfectly down the road, all in a timely manner.

Nelson Ford did a great job on my F150. It was a relatively complex job to do and they made it happen with ease. Troy was great to work with! He called with updates, worked around my schedule and answered all of my questions as they came up.

We recently had service work done for our vehicle. Due to unexpected issues, the repair took several appointments and more hours than anticipated. However, Nelson kept us informed along the way and only charged us for the amount of time the repairs should have taken. We were pleasantly surprised and will continue to do business with Nelson!

The service dept and Eric were great as usual. But after I entered the sales and reception areas, NOT ONE SOLE greeted me or even said hello to me. I have experienced this many previous times but felt the need to vent this time. I purchased our last vehicle from Nelson Ford but why would I buy another one there if they don't even appreciate our business?!! We are the customers!!!

Amazing staff. Had a mechanical breakdown and couldn't find a shop to perform the repairs. My service advisor, Chris, got the parts ordered and the truck was repaired early the next morning. The technicians did a fantastic job The team went above and beyond. I can't say thank you enough.
